This is my third time staying here, and it had been pleasant as always. Their staffs are all well trained in a true Sabahan hospitality. My only disappointment was with the breakfast spread. Would have been nice to see better options and taste, especially with the noddles, fried rice and vegetables. Rooms were spacious and comfortable as always.

Old hotel, but clean. Old furniture, my room mirror is stuck, it's open but hard to close. Overall, it's okay to stay. The price is not too expensive. It's just a bit far from the city. But you can take e-hailing.

My actual booking was a room with no window. Surprisingly, they assigned a room with window for me. Wow. How generous. Breakfast ? Awesome. Perhaps you could add some Danish pastry next time?

Quite satisfactory with a room that is spacious enough for two at an affordable price, it's just coffee, creamer and others are not refilled even though we stayed 3 days 2 nights. But it is quite replaced with a very delicious breakfast dish and full of variation dishes. Pool and gym facilities are also great. Recommended anyway.

Approximately 1 - 2 A.M DBKK was collecting garbage and it was so noisy that I can hear the lorry's engine from the outside. Need to improve room sound proofing especially on the window's room itself, sound from the outside was so loud that I can hear the tour bus engine that was doing drop and pick up passengers infront of the hotel lobby from the room.
