The staff were VERY helpful. I dealt with 3 different staff and all were excellent. The check in desk was efficient. And, when I left at 5:30 am, the front desk attendant also walked me out to the garage door to help me get out. I really appreciated the personal assistance.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Pub/Restaurant next door for drinks and food Onsite parking with transit tax and gst was over $30

Recently spent for 4 nights at the Ocean Promenade. Bed was comfy, staff were very friendly, hotel and suite was very clean and well equipped. Great location (close to the pier and restaurants but at the same time far away from the hustle and bustle of the area). Will definitely stay there again when we’re visiting our son in the area.

Room was nice and clean. Door slamming was kinda loud and under construction which we didn’t know about until we arrived. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

1-Hotel is under renovations. No mention on any booking site. Lobby is in the conference room, bottom stair access blocked off. 2-$350 security deposit and $23 for parking. No mention until receiving your check in instructions. 3-Train. My Cousin Vinny train every 45-60 minutes outside the window until we finally fell asleep at 2am. Ding-ding. I would want other patrons to know that. May seem like a total 180, but the room itself was excellent, view and spa tub excellent. Staff very nice.

Staff were good, unknown renovations were not. Housekeeping made beds up nicely, but left dirty glasses and gave (1) facecloth (FOr two people) Location is great!

The room and view was great. The staff was good. Couple things to note one they’re in the middle of a renovation. It was very hard to get in and out of the fridge and there’s no place to put toiletries on in a huge bathroom. It’s almost like a pedestal sink. Would go back.

Water spotting on shower door ,put us in room above garage doors which ran fairly often as it was only egress. Worker stood by door as we carried our luggage in, but did not press door opener, where they stood. Forward facing staff was great 👍

Great stay. The location is safe and amazing right by water. Rooms were very clean and very nice. Bed was very comfortable. They have the movie Channel which is a plus. Walls are a little thin but worth it for the location. You do have to pay for parking but there is free st parking after a certain time. Would stay again.

Everything was great but there is renovations (floors) going on so enter the hotel from the garage or the little bistro.

Room was clean. Housekeeping services on point. The train ran at night, not loud but not mentioned. Lobby under resconstruction. There are 2 free Tesla charing stations in parkade for guests- first come first served.

Check in was confusing, listing failed to mention undergoing renovations. Room was small with outdated bathroom and a toilet that runs constantly.
