Everything was awesome. We were just not used to the bathroom without doors.

Perfect location!

Great family trip to see the famous Tour of Flanders. Great location, close to the train station but only 800m to central square. Friendly staff and very quiet at night.

Wonderful boutique type hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Parking garage underground with elevator is just a few steps away. Everything is walkable from this hotel. It was perfect. If you're wondering about the modern glass open type bathroom, the toilet is in a seperate area with a door. There is a thin sheer curtain but not a door. We opened the storage door near one twin bed and it obscured the view. It worked fine for us. Just sat on the other side of the halfwall with the tv to provide privacy for the person showering. Location cant be beat. Views were great too. Book it, you'll be happy with the decision! Highly recommend.

The property was located on a large square with lots of bars and restaurants. The parking was a large underground car park at the square and was very convenient to the Hotel. The hotel is located near all tourist attractions and is a lovely place to stay. The family room was very spacious, with a huge bath tub. We enjoyed a lovely stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Minimal staff. No bar or lounge area

Room was nice, modern, clean. Bathroom with sheer curtain is odd as others can see you in shower. The hair dryer has caked on dust and grime which was not pleasant. Other good stay.

Very nice hotel and staff!

It was our forth stay at Portinari but our first since Covid and it was good to find that same relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff It’s great location makes it perfect to enjoy everything beautiful Bruges has to offer Thanks for another fantastic experience

Rooms are very small . Breakfast was expensive Front desk gave incorrect directions

We had a brilliant stay from the 6th to 8th of December, it’s a great hotel conveniently a 15 minute walk from the station in one direction and the Christmas markets in another! The rooms have great views of the three towers of Bruges which look great in the evenings! The rooms were very clean and a great quality, immaculate bathroom! Breakfast was continental very clean eating area and lovely food! Overall we had a fantastic time and would use the same hotel again if we came back!

Very nice room with comfy beds

Great location. Walkable from the train station and minutes to the main square. Didn’t have much dealings with the staff when we were there but all seemed nice and helpful. Dining options right outside of hotel. Room was nice and fine for what we needed it for. Wasn’t in there loads to be fair. Only issue was, there were some marks on the bedding. Shower room is open but you can pull a privacy screen across.

The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure we felt very welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would come back again!

Really comfortable hotel. Walking distance to all the sights. Clean rooms

It was a nice modern Hotel, I was on the top floor in a single bed which was quite small, would've been nice to have a duvet that was slightly bigger than the bed. On checkout they asked me to pay €16 for city tax, but instead of ringing up €16 the receptionist rang up €518 which I luckily spotted, if I had touched on to the card reader I'm sure I would've struggled to get my money back. No apology from him which isn't really nice to be fair, but I've still given them good marks!

Great location, very clean hotel and quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Great location and good bedrooms

The hotel is in a great location right by municipal parking. It’s within walking distance to all the historic sites if Brugge. The rooms are modern and clean. Very quiet.

The rooms were good but the shower arrangement was unideal. Water leaked out of the shower and no privacy between the rooms and the shower.
