This is an old building so electrical plugs are limited. The bathroom is moldy.

Older hotel that is showing its age. It was a safe area but could hear lots of creaks and door slams. Microwave and fridge were great to have, close to any restaurants and museums. Would stay here again

There was a used bar of soap and papers on the counter in the bathroom. The wall and tub were separating, tiles were peeling up by the beds, beds need to be thrown out, they are well past their usefulness. The "air conditioning " is a stand fan. If you want no amenities and just a place to sleep for a night it works but you get nothing more. I would not stay here again.

Price was reasonable to stay. They accommodated us for an extra hour for checkout. Water pressure was great in the shower, but toilet seemed less; yet still flushed well. No AC, but a floor fan helped out big time. Would have been nice to have some sort of chair in the room as there was a lot of space available, as opposed to sitting on the bed. Overall, our stay was good and we will definitely stay here again.

Word down, horrible neighborhood. Expedia should be ashamed to host this on their platform!

Whole place needs a face lift is is dungy and dated

On the website it said breakfast was included. It is NOT! The clerk said ‘yay our website isn’t updated - we don’t do that anymore.” This is the ONLY reason I booked her. The whole place is full n need of upgrading. The shower tub has moldy caulking. I would suggest you don’t stay here!!

Some of the staff were quite lovely. One gentleman stopped charging me for the pet fee after my 3rd night. The area is a bit sketchy. Right by the river is nice but it attracts alot of drug addicts and transient people. There's also a sketchy dive bar right next store that starts serving booze at lole 9am. Woukdnt suggest going here if your a woman travelling alone. The rooms sre sketchy too. Windows on the first floor dont lock and they face people's backyards. The bottom of some of the doors have 3 inch gaps. Walls and flooring are super thin. Was kept uo multiple nights by neighbors above me. Front staff didnt do much about it. Sushi place in the lobby is quite good. One shower head was the height of my chest, super helpful when you want to wash your hair. All of this and its still 250 bucks a night. I do not recommend unless your with people and are on a tight budget.

The hotel is older and so are the rooms. My room smelled of cigarettes. There was a mouse in the room running around and chewing things all night. I saw it so I know it was a mouse. The premise is very loud, people talking loudly in rooms and the hallway at all hours of the night. The bed was very hard. Walls are paper thin. Location downtown is great, that’s about all that was great

Very old. Carpet needs cleaning. Furniture sticky. Noisy. I had second thoughts of staying when we walked into the lobby. No plans to stay there again.

2 star hotel. Worked for what we needed High pressure cold showers kinda sucked. Great location

When I reserved a room, the website provided a very good looking picture and the room was exactly what the picture protrayed. However, when arrving to the property, the building looked very old, run down and the area around it was sketchy. Multiple drug users, with a worn down exterior, out dated and somewhat worn down lobby and hallways worried me. However, I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Very clean and quiet. Parking was not easy but found a spot.

Whole place smelled like stale cigarettes. Good location but don't recommend

The room was filthy. There was visible dirt and grime throughout, the bathroom sink and shower were dirty, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found what appeared to be bed bugs. There was absolutely no way my children and I could stay in that room. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told to contact Expedia. Based on my conversations with both the hotel and Expedia that night, I understood that I would be charged for the first night but refunded for the remaining unused nights. Unfortunately, after leaving the property, I lost cell service and was unable to continue the chat with Expedia. The most upsetting part was that I was prepared to sleep in my vehicle with my two children because I felt that was safer than staying in the room we had been assigned. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room and have filed a complaint with the appropriate health authorities. My advice to anyone considering this hotel is to look carefully at recent reviews and not rely solely on the photos in the listing. In my experience, the property I arrived at did not accurately reflect what was advertised.

NO HEAT. NO HOT WATER. Was told by front desk that the heat is turned off in the summer. But it snowed last night and my room is freezing. No hot water. I was told that lots of rooms having showers so it must have run out. I have called t

Cheaply done. Linoleum in the showers. White silicone on wood, and biege walls. A little thought and a bit of care could of made a cheap fix not look sloppy. But no care was taken, and it looked trashy.

Super sufficient budget hotel. The view of the river and the mountains makes up for the aging building. The staff was great--very helpful, polite and responsive.

Unique and charming. Close to downtown and the river.
