After paying to upgrade our room to the King Jacuzzi Suite, staff called late in the evening after we were moved in and settled for a three night stay, claiming an error and requiring additional payment. We worked it out, with us paying much more than originally presented. The room itself was very nice with everything we expected. Seating in the breakfast space was limited, though there was outdoor space also available.

The hotel was very clean, staff was kind & helpful ! I like the modern- ish rooms and lobby. My only disappointment was the TV options.. there was no options, Basic cable ! Perhaps offer Netflix, movies to purchase. But overall nice stay.

For a 2 star rated hotel I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Felt like a higher grade. Very clean, rooms have been modernized and were spacious. Bed was comfortable, and had a fridge and safe. Parking included with lots of space and continental breakfast too. The only thing that I didn’t that was unfortunate is that we arrived an hour early than expected after a 6 hour ride, so an hour early for check-in. They wanted a $25 surcharge for early access to the room, but I didn’t want to pay that so we had to wait the hour before checking in. That said, that’s my decision and it is their policy so I am not complaining. Just comparing my experience to another hotel which had waived the early check-in fee because they already had rooms available. They were pretty strict on their policy and weren’t willing to check to accommodate so just make sure you don’t arrive earlier than 3pm if you don’t want to pay the extra $25. Like I said, I can’t fault them for enforcing their policy. Overall, the rest was a perfect experience. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in the area.

I was report about late check in , but when we came - door is closed,nobody on the front! We had to wait for a while. Not a good experience

The front desk staff are super friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff are super accommodating and extremely professional. The breakfast is outstanding as well. My only complaint is that they are not pet friendly. Other than that, 12/10 👏

Good hotel clean room nice staff

We were staying just for 1 night. We arrived at 12pm and asked if we can check in, the hotel asked to charge 25$ as extra charge because the check in time is 3pm. Other hotels will let us check in at noon if they have rooms available. Hotel is clean and recently renovated, so this is great. If they did not charge for this fees, we will give 5 stars.

Excellent little inn. Room was spacious and spotless, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but everything tasted great!

Excellent room - Business with 2 queens. Check in staff was excellent and very quick. Check out was slower as staff pleasantly dealt with other traveller's issues. Breakfast area was crowded and could use a little more attention to cleanliness and instant coffee dispenser was very disappointing. Great location if you want the Hwy 427 and Evans area.
