Was promised parking and didn’t receive it, was promised a cot only to find out the only have baby cots. It was disappointing and we felt neglected

We were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room at no cost, however it was directly above the parkade door/entrance so not the quietest. Staff were friendly. Underground parking was nice but expensive.

False advertisement on listing! Stated underground parking as available, found out extra costs included. Stated breakfast included. No breakfast available. Booked a room with a 6 person occupancy. Was charged extra for every person after the "alloted x2" requiring additional costs, per person per night, why bother booking a 6 person room then? Room was nice.

They upgraded our room to a kind suite with no extra charge !!! Beautiful room, very clean & staff was super friendly !!

Ended up paying in us dollars when website was showing quote in Canadian dollars

Stayed there Fri. andSaturday night. Friday night got little to no sleep as we were placed in a room right by the elevator door. And people were coming and going quite loudly in the hallways from about 11:30 on till about 4 AM. Saturday night we moved to a quieter room and that was much better.

Overall the stay wasn’t bad it would have been nice if the room had been better taken care of when it came to the daily service and our initial arrival. When we first walked through the room we noticed the shower curtain had a black spot on it and some parts of the bed sheet had little small black spots. Maybe it’s makeup or some kind of stain but regardless we asked for new sheets and shower curtain but was told they would change it in the morning. The next day when we came back to the room after the daily tidying is done we noticed both the shower curtain and the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. The room itself was nice and big but the online photos had definitely miss lead into thinking the room different. The bathroom was shown as a shower with a glass door but it’s actually a tub shower with a curtain. Overall I would say the stay is not horrible but definitely not great.

Great stay & wonderful staff

Check in with Elmer was so smooth. Room was great. Whirlpool and sauna did the trick after a day off walking around the town.

No breakfast on site. Had to walk down street to sister hotel where breakfast was very expensive. The room was clean but no closet and terrible lighting. Also the ac didn’t work so the room was hot. Hot tub was fine but nowhere to sit if you didn’t want to go in.

We enjoyed our stay at the Banff Inn. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and we loved using the spa. Would definitely stay again!

It was fine. Just hard to swallow 500$ for a 3 star very basic room

Key cards didn't work and breakfast wasn't free. Not really an issue but it was listed as an amenity there without saying anything about cost

The staff were excellent - very welcoming and informative!! Really enjoyed our Christmas stay over there!!
