I just love everything about this place. It is affordable and has great amenities! My family enjoyed the pool, water park, arcade, and mini golf the most. Our lodging was very clean and well kept. There are cable channels for everyone during our down time. This is also located near a lot of grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. ***The biggest thing: our car battery died and the resort was able to provide us a jump! So thankful.

The staff was great & we were not boarded with the timeshare “sales” pitch. We got the two bedroom suite. The rooms were big and spacious, bathrooms & kitchen were clean and fully stocked. Amenities were perfect for our kids. We played mini golf, basketball, pickleball and enjoyed our time at the pools, waterpark, and fitness center.

This was year 14 at this resort for us and unfortunately it has gone downhill since Hilton has taken over. The upgrades are beautiful, but the beds are so uncomfortable and we had to call several times for things. We never received some of those things. Our room was not ready, and hasn’t been ready for the last few years we’ve gone, but we just kept trying to give it another chance. Very sad to say we not return!

This first night was disappointing due to the communication regarding the pools reopening due to lightning. We were told water park was closed but not informed other pool was open. The chat option was not helpful because they were not up to speed with the communication. We found out by a manager pool has been open and water park should have been but they closed it early instead. I will say the manager on site went over and beyond when she found out how we were treated. I believe her name was Serena. Her and Wendy provided exceptional service to ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant. On another note, I wasn’t happy that I was pressured into signing up for a timeshare opportunity upon arrival. I was tired from the drive and just wanted to check in. I ended up just signing up bc I was done listening and unfortunately my son wasn’t feeling well and I missed the appointment. I reached out bc I was charged $40 and due to the circumstances, I should be refunded. Still pending that transaction.

Great place

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is completely unprepared for the amount of guests it serves at the pools. Extremely limited umbrellas around all the pools. Be prepared to burn in the scorching hot sun with very limited chance of finding shade.

Had a great over night stay before our cruise just around the corner from Disney with plenty of options for food. Kids also enjoyed the waterpark at the resort.

We had a great stay here. They had nice amenities. Wish the lifeguards were more consistent. Some allowed my six year old to go down a slide and some didn't. Be aware they charge you a $300 deposit that you get back after you check out. I wasn't aware ahead of time.

We stayed at Hilton aqua sol for 6 days it was nice everything there was fun to do , the room was updated and pretty nice it just wasn’t the room I thought it was when I booked the room but other that that we had a nice time loved the bathroom and the view 👍

Good customer service. House keeping was good they brought fresh towels every time we asked for some and they brought it within 15 minutes from us calling. Trash was picked up daily. Pools and amenities were well kept. Overall it was a good experience.
