This hotel was okay. It’s on a main road in a busy area and a 15 minute walk to the amphitheater. The front desk staff were not overly friendly but we ordered room service and they were very nice. It is very clean. Parking is very convenient.

A super hotel in downtown Tarragona, very well presented and with very helpful staff. The parking can only be used by small, medium cars, no SUV's or estates. There is public parking a block away and easily walkable. Menu is adequate, no fine dining. Best things are location, staff, cleanliness and quality. A good hotel and happy to use again.

They packed up buffet breakfast 20 minutes before the posted time, and paid 15 euros each for a bad coffee and a stale bun with meat.

We waited too long to check in after driving all day. Then had to live our luggage to another room because it was not safe to stay near a group of sketchy and dangerous people staying next room.

The advertised parking was “full”. The front staff was very rude about the parking being full. My husband is handicapped and they claimed the there was no parking left in the garage. Clearly they had let non handicap people or employees park in the garage. And by the way, at 6 am (when employee shift was over), there were 14 spots open! He told us we had to park elsewhere. We found a parking lot and the next morning we found out it was not 24 hrs and could not get to our vehicle until the following morning at 9am. That is not their fault but my husband was very upset. I asked if they could at least comp us the few drinks we had charged to the room from the lobby bar. We were going to have to pay for another night at the hotel and loose the reservation we had at our next destination. He was very rude and would not even contact the manager since it was “not his fault”. This is not Marriott standard. I will be contacting Marriott.

Lovely, modern, comfortable, quiet, centrally located, across the street from a wonderful little cafe where you can have delicious coffee and chocolate croissants. The hotel is in the modern part of Tarragona, but it is walking distance from the beautiful old center with the Roman ruins, charming medieval streets and spectacular views of the ocean. Like Tarragona, a gem!
