It served our needs very nicely.

I really like this hotel. Good breakfast nice swim area. Staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable and my room had a nice bathroom.

The staff went above and beyond getting everybody what they needed. I needed a couple extra pillows and an extra blanket when I first got there and they got it for me right away and let me know that that was no problem. I also loved the breakfast and they kept on top of that making sure everything was fresh and good. It's hard to get good customer service these days and I think they went out of their way to make sure everybody was happy. Thank you for The hospitality

Right next to a Culver’s, Gas station, and worked well for us. The hot tub and sauna were great! I’ve had good experiences with American Inn

Beds were comfortable and the pool area was well maintained. The breakfast waffles were great!

The pool area is nice. Quiet at night.

This was by far the cleanest hotel that I have stayed in in a long time. My room was extremely comfortable and clean. The bed linen was fresh and smelling like it was just brought in from outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. I travel with a service dog and was welcomed and treated like family. I would highly recommend staying at the Americinn in Rhinelander, Wisconsin

Front desk staff went above and beyond to help us during check in! We went swimming and even though an entire kids hockey team trashed the place .. we still were able to enjoy it. We slept good. Unfortunately we did not get to try the continental breakfast because it was torn down an hour early BUT still would recommend this stay!

Quiet property

The hotel was an older property but very clean, staff were friendly and it was obvious that each of them care about their job and the hotel. Breakfast was nice and, tasty and very clean. Loved the lobby decorated for the holidays. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
