Excellent service and beautiful bouti

High end hotel in a superb town centre location which did everything very well. Service was excellent and the room amazing.

Great staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. From the concierge who parked my car to the front desk staff who took my luggage and showed me to my room including the standard of cooking and care in the restaurant, le Bistro a l'Hotel, across the courtyard it all went beautifully. I will definitely return.

The accommodations were absolutely wonderful and the property and surrounding area were stunning. The staff could not have been kinder and more hospitable. This place is a gem and we feel so fortunate to have been able to spend time here. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel with greats restaurant and bar and the best service. They walked me to the train station when I struggled to buy a ticket to Dijon online. Love the hotel’s location and the hotel bistro might be the best meal we had in 2 weeks in France. Beaune was such a great choice for the French countryside.

Absolutely deceiving about the family suite. It is not in an annex but rather down a side street up an old stairway with odors from kitchens below and extremely loud. This is not booking to stay at a 5 star hotel but rather booking a mediocre 2 bedroom apartment above some shops. You get zero hotel experience. The price for what it was was absurd and the description is misleading.

the hotel is in a perfect location for the beautiful heart of Beaune. We received a delightful warm welcome from Marie, all the staff made us feel right at home. It's a lovely elegant old building carefully renovated and keeping it's original charm.

The staff is phenomenal…

Best location in Beaune, walkable to everything. Beautiful hotel with staff they go the extra mile. Such as renting e-bikes into the burgundy wine country and getting dinner reservations. Will stay here again.

The hotel offers a nice blend of modern, apartment-like suites and traditional, charming French rooms overlooking the center of Beaune.

This hotel was excellent! The staff were lovely and worked to meet our every need. The breakfast was delicious and the staff would make eggs to order. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant and it was the best meal we have had on our trip across France. The American Bar was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and 2nd time we have stayed (we previously stated in Suite Albert). This time we were in a two bedroom room in a separate part of the hotel which was ok but had a strange smell of drains which they were trying to disguise with diffusers. However rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom and toiletries. Service on arrival was great but very poor at breakfast (I think the two staff who were on their own were both new) which was then rescued by an experienced staff member who was excellent. Breakfast selection was poor though and definitely not worth 25 euros each, wish we hadn’t bothered…… Overall good, but not brilliant given the room prices.
