Clean, and price and staff very nice.

Everything was great! Hat tricks pub was excellent!! The breakfasts in the hotel were amazing! The staff are awesome,friendly very helpful! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

I already submitted a complaint. Extremely noisy neighbours kept us awake every night for 3 nights. Made us very tired & cranky all day. We called the front desk at 3 am who sent a young timid meek female who did nothing. Not sure how you control that. You’ve lost a good customer in the future!

Needs to be updated...didn't feel overly safe with the people on either side of our room.

Very noisey, room needs an update. Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor.

While the hotel may be a bit dated, and lack amenities, it was very clean and the staff are top notch. I would stay there again just because of the staff. The front desk girl deserves a promotion, she was the best.
