Overall a good experience. Hotel is fine, and the staff extremely helpful. Cold water is available on every floor. Very fair stay. Central location.

Location

It is recommended according to the budget and located is nice but not close to the most attractive areas. Also I wished the room was on higher floor to avoid flays when I open the window

First thing is parking elevators didn’t work. #2 is shower went hot and cold. #3 Reception not knowledgeable about tours.

Great location and good transport links with a bus stop right by thr hotel. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.

The Pillows are like a flat pancake. I asked for a thicker pillow or extra pillow but nothing was available.

My room had a lot of flies when I come back .

Good location at a fair price. Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in, and that was the "Premium" room. I guess supplying only one pillow and one towel per guest saves a few cents on laundry, but it made for a really downscale experience. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The excellent coffee at breakfast was the best part of the the buffet.

Location of the hotel is very good. Close to the old town. The breakfast was delicious and good variety of foods. The only problem was very dirty carpet at the entry to the room, and the bathroom. We will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Reception very supporting and helpful. Heating system very uncomfortable. Difficult to maintain the room temperature. Fan worked but was blowing cold air when temperature controller was set to max.

Great hotel, it has everything you need, big, modern lobby with bar and restaurant inside Plenty of choices for breakfast, huge area so don't have to worry about finding a table. It took us 15 min to walk to old town,
