Solo que el Internet es Pésimo. Y para algunos trabajos que había que mandar a mi oficina tardaba bastante tiempo. Pos favor soluciones ese aspecto.

Laundry was very clean, did not use the gym

The room was clean and spacious.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. They have always honoured my VIP status. This time they didn't. Put me on the outdated side. No fridge, no coffee maker. No drinking water supplied. Towels with holes in them. Dirty walls. Balcony screen door latch was badly rusted. Noisy room near kitchen. There were rooms available on the upgraded side of the hotel. They were available online. They would not honour my VIP status for the first time. This time I paid the most I ever have at this hotel. Will never stay here again. Don't recommend it.

Las bebidas de cortesía son un chiste. El desayuno de malo a regular, muy raquítico y sin avisar, cobran el pan dulce que ofrecen. Realmente a bajado mucho en relación a años anteriores. Antes el bufete era muy bueno. El staff es lo único que los salva

Clean rooms, all staff friendly (one grumpy male on front desk one time during 2 week stay), but front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff and grounds people all generally very friendly. Some Towels wearing thin, wifi in rooms was slow. Food & atmosphere at restaurant was good, grounds were well kept and great for families and groups.

Si pagas desayuno y llevas niños no está incluido, y el agua de la alberca muy fría no está climatizada

No me vuelvo a quedar con ustedes. Tienen un pésimo servicio y trato al cliente. Desde el valet parking hasta la gerente. Terrible experiencia. Iba con mi familia. A esta fecha ni siquiera me han mandando mis facturas.

Las personas de la recepción no fueron amables. Los cuartos son muy ruidosos. El desayuno no estuvo rico. No nos ayudaron con las maletas y somos adultos mayores

Air conditioner was ok, unfortunately ever time you left room everything (including refrigerator & air conditioner. The tub was very slippery, it would have been good if there was a tub mat. Youvould not keep any cold in frig.

The location was great and the hotel was great as well.

Very good for the price. And loved that it’s close to the beautiful Chapultepec park —a wonderful place to start the day with a walk or jog.

Todo muy bien lo conozco hace años y siempre me quedo con ustedes , la atención de su personal, más que excelente, los cuartos muy limpios, las instalaciones muy confortables, la hubicacion excelente, las albercas miy bien aclimatisadas
