Very comfortable bed and bedding! We got an upgrade to a suite and it was so lovely!

Bed was creaky and mattress was substandard.

Nice, clean boutique hotel without all the extra price tag

The customer service was excellent—they went above and beyond during both shifts. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay comfortable. Although the area around the hotel isn’t the most upscale, I felt very safe walking around—even at night. As a woman traveling alone, that really mattered to me. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, and the buses take you to different parts of UCLA, which made getting around super easy. The room itself was very small—a single room with no luxury—but it was clean, quiet, and surprisingly comfortable. If you’re not looking for anything fancy and just need a solid place to stay near UCLA, this hotel definitely does the job

Great boutique hotel with easy access to LAX

I didn’t like the fact they charge $200 for security deposit when other hotels charge 100

I was very surprised of how clean and comfortable it was for a good night sleep. The recommendation to a cafe nearby and how the receptionist took her time to explain to me where to go and park in Beverly Hills cafe was very helpful. Parking was easy at the hotel as well. Staff was very nice.

The room where I slept had a problem with the cooling system so the hotel installed a mobil one but really noisy !!!

Clean room, could use elevator and fridge

There was no soap in the bathroom, I had to go to the front desk to ask for it and they referred me to the cleaning staff. Only 1 small shampoo, no conditioner, no shower gel. The bathroom was dark, fan didn’t work right, fan light was out. My first experience with Expedia, not what I expected for $200 a night. Not a good experience at all.

This hotel is very comfortable and peaceful, along with the staff being super nice and helpful! Great place to stay
