Booked this hotel through Exepedia with a great deal. The hotel, from arrival to stay and to check out, I must thank all the staff who made my stay a great one. Special thanks to the team of the restaurant and room service, not only was the food very good, but Masud and Ashraf and their colleagues were genuinely attentive and respectful which was a real plus. And the cleanliness of the hotel and especially the room, the housekeeping agents are doing such a great job. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for the standards and values supported by the brand chain, but also for the general comfort of the place, the real feeling of safety and the people who bring heartwarming service even when shy most times. (FYI made pretty much the same review on another website the hotelnuses fornreviews 😊)

On arrival at reception there was no check-in available as there was no power in the hotel. No power in the rooms. No lights. No AC. No food. No contingency.

They will do anything to get extra money from you, staff is not helpful at all. Do not stay here.

Convenient location, wide rooms, comfort beds, friendly staff.

The location was close to everything and the employees were awesome.

The room was good, just missing a floor bath mat; breakfast was bad: "old" croissant, scrambled eggs were under cooked...

It was clean and has friendly staff , but i had trouble sleeping because the bed wasn't comfortable specially the pillows, too firm to high it gave me a bad headache

Thankful to Mr.Ragab Toqan for his outstanding efforts to make each guest stay amazing and so comfortable And thanks to Mr.Sami algamdi front desk staff with warm welcoming and great help to hotels guests.

I have previously stayed at Holiday Meydan so my expectation was similar to it. However overall it was an okay experience.

The reception was very very rood and not helping. I am female was travelling alone, and they asking too many personal questions. Never stay again in this hotel.

The best thing at this hotel are the receptionists. They were very friendly and professional.

Good clean spacious hotel. Staff are super friendly. Business centre booking for my team to work in late evening for a couple of hours was too costly - we never bothered booking.. instead sat in one of our rooms.
