I had a really good stay at Strata Hotel in Kingston. Everything was great overall. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was also large and spotless. It was really convenient to have both a fridge and a microwave in the room. Another plus was the location—right downstairs there’s a massage place, a nail salon, and Pizza Hut, and Kingston Centre is just a 2–3 minute walk away. The only downside was that there were no tea bags provided in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a renovated hotel, of course there are some outdated items, but rooms are spacious and definitely clean. The water flow in the shower is very weak. Plenty of free parking. Check in and out process had some hiccups, maybe the staff are new! Overall, the hotel is good and I would consider staying there again assuming prices are reasonable.

Home away from home

Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The blackout curtains were not put in properly cause alot of light to come in the room. Breakfast is not included. I did request a cot by calling the front desk and I did receive it within 10mins. I knew the hotel was sold out because of hockey tournaments so I was very grateful to have received one.

Room was okay on the small side. Staff was nice. Stayed there as a team… Rough area, 2 cars broken into and one stolen.

Abrupt female staff on the phone at the front desk. Door to our room did not lock when pulled closed Roadside rooms are very noisy, heard the traffic all night, and sirens. Could hear the guest in the room next-door very easily. A broken car window glass shattered in the parking lot in the spot next to me, they gave me a broom to clean it up

Overall was very pleasant.
