RCMP in handcuffing a visitor in the lobby made us feel attention to our safety was paramount. We enjoyed our stay. Three golfers found it a fine place to rest our weary bones after a day of club swinging.

Our room was recently renovated, and was nice. There were renovations ongoing in some areas but they didn’t really impact us. Staff were friendly.

Just had a little hiccup with the checking in. Room wasn't ready by check-in time but we understand the reason, it was a busy weekend. Other than that, staff was very helpful and friendly, room is spacious and modern. I would stay here again.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and while we didn’t get a chance to use the pool and hot tub, it looked like other people really enjoyed. The continental breakfast isn’t much, but if it’s included with your room, it’s worth going down just to have a cup of coffee and a muffin.

We were given a renovated room, but the only thing renovated was the bathroom and the carpeting. Old furniture, scratches and marks on walls and doors, windows were old and foggy. When you pull up to the hotel, the first thing you see is old curtains across a long set of windows. Not a good first impression!

Room wasn’t ready at 5:00pm after long day of racing outside. No attempt to rectify. Made to pre pay 250 deposit and await room check before check out. Given coupons for breakfast but room key didn’t work and different staff told us we didn’t have breakfast access. No decaf coffee options.

Under renovations, but it did not cause any issues. Room was clean and nice. Good place for a nights sleep.

Friendly knowledgeable and pet friendly

Hotel is a reasonable. The room was facing the pool and the heat and humidity of it forces you to run the air conditioning full time. Unfortunately, the air conditioner is very loud. I slept with ear plugs and still found it noisy to sleep. Other than that, it is okay.

my wife has mobility problems and asked for a room near the lobby. Assigned a room second floor about as far away from lobby. as possibe.. room 263. it was a challenge! the room looked into the pool area and there was a constant light clorine (swimming pool) smell. The A/c was very loud. however, the room was clean and the coffee was excellent

This hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and very helpful. The rooms have been recently renovated and updated!! We had no issues. We stayed 7 nights and we were very comfortable.

A little worn but is being renovated, central location to store restaurants etc. great pool area
