Location was great...that was about it. 1. Room was pretty bare. 2. Pool was mediocre. Mosquito bites while I was around the pool. I RECEIVED MANY bites. 3. As previous reviews stated WIFI was non existent!!!! 4. Breakfast was good with good service The price is on the higher end and expected much better. I would NOT stay at this hotel. I had wanted three nights to stay in the area and had already paid for 2 nights. I did not want to stay 1 more night at this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel across the street from the beach. We had a sea view terrace and it was amazing! The room and bathroom were small, but normal for a boutique hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Pools and grounds were beautiful! Beach with chairs, umbrellas and service were perfect! I highly recommend!! Only minor complaint was that the bed and pillows were very hard. But still would stay there again!!

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We were fortunate enough to have a corner room with a breath taking view. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Perfectly located, It doesn’t get any better than this. Grazie Mille!

Tout à cet hôtel est parfait!! Le déjeuner, la proximité de la plage, l’ambiance, la propreté de la chambre et le personnel sympathique. Je recommande à 100%! Petit anecdote: j’ai oublié mes AirPods à la chambre après mon départ. Le personnel a tout fait pour m’accommoder. J’ai finalement récupéré mon colis au port de Naples quelques jours plus tard. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de me le faire livrer par bateau! Je suis reconnaissante! Merci encore!

We loved this hotel, in every way. The view of the sea from our rooms was incredibly beautiful, both during the day and at night. The rooms were very well cared for, and clean. The pools were lovely though we didn’t use them to actually swim. The breakfast was very good. We liked the short walk to get to cafes and restaurants in the local neighborhood. We will happily return to this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were kind. The AC didn’t work well, so we were hot. Also, was unable to get the TV to work; however, it was a great stay. Great location, great breakfast, and wonderful hotel environment. Extremely relaxing.

Such a charming hotel. The pool/spa and beach access were amazing and maintained very well. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I hope to return. Highly recommend. Hotel is away from all the crowds making it very peaceful and quiet.

Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very nice. I would stay here or the sister property next door if i came back. They have a private beach which is nice due to the fact of the number of people on the near by beaches. highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is lovely. A fantastic location. We could see the full moon perched over the Castello Aragonese d'Ischia from our window. So beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The pools delightful. Only complaint is the pillows. Very hard.

Convenient location, exeptionally clean, attentive staff. I like the decor, italian tiles, color theme. Breakfast was sufficient and elegant. The only negative thing was that the double bed was actually two beds put together, so it was hard to snuggle.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location away from busy Ischia port area which is very touristy. Easy walk to Castello Aragonese. Good breakfast. Some shared facilities with sister hotel. Beach not the best as in shadow in the afternoon, but big pool was great. Not memorable, but nothing to complain about.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfasts delicious. Massages were fantastic. My only negative feedback was wifi didn’t work in my room( hardly and signal and kept dropping out), and thermal pool needed a good update/ clean.

Breakfast spread was unbelievable and the service was top notch! Very convenient to shops and restaurants and beach just steps away! Highly recommend.

As others have mentioned, it's no longer a 5 star hotel, but a solid 4 to 4.5. The rooms were large and having a balcony for our two shared rooms was nice to relax on in the evening as we didn't have a water view. The breakfast was nice and my children enjoyed the spa services. We mostly had the pool to ourselves and there was plenty of area to spread out and enjoy. We didn't use the thermal pool, but was mostly used by older guests. There is a wonderful restaurant across the street, but disregard judging the book by its cover. The water view is excellent. It's a long walk to the port, but only 15 euros by taxi when we used it. The walk through town is full of restaurants and shops, so it's worth it. Another 15 minute walk to the castle. People were nice, but the english there was not the best so brush up on your Italian.

Quaint and charming hotel. Our room dod not have a balcony or a view of the ocean. The room was small and the bed was VERY hard, made our bones ache. Service is fantastic, they go out of their way to accommodate every request.
