It was a nice property, but the A/C in the bedroom did not work. It was a hot miserable night in the bedroom.

Nice place to stay. Very clean, comfortable bed. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities close by. About a 20 minute drive to Universal Studios (traffic is horrible in Orlando). Office kept us informed on everything. Definitely recommend.

Excellent place, very safe and staff very friendly.

The staff was unkind with everyone, front desk personnel were more interested on checking their social media on their cell phones than doing their job

Good area and walkable cvs

Room was great ! Good value for Disney World area. Don’t stay in a hotel this is the place. The pools were smaller but sufficient.

The stay was great all except the cockroaches that were crawling ove

booked a suite room, but they moved us to another room, they didn't care at all which room was booked, and when we returned from a walk, we found a cockroach crawling in the room.

Construction around the property, made it difficult to travel, especially with Uber. Also sound of construction woke us up at early hours in the morning during a vacation They were also transitioning between a third-party vendor and in-house snack bar so stock was low. Water was especially unavailable, which is a necessity for travelers.

Loved the property.

Large living space a with fully functional kitchen including washing machine and dryer. Within walking distance to Aldi and loads of restaurant options.

What we are looking in a hotel is the service unfortunately this hotel does not offer any service no cleaning no water bottles no body wash on time
