Well located, very happy with this choice

We stayed a few nights at this hotel. It was a fantastic experience. Hotel is in the center of Alicante, with great views of the castle, a few minutes from the beach, and with tons of restaurants around. Breakfast buffet was also great and reasonably priced. Staff were quite helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Huge bathroom, excellent terrace, breakfast is more of a continental type but it’s located in the centre so lots of choice around. Reception staff very friendly.

Good hotel in an excellent location, with nice rooms and a very good breakfast. I was just disappointed as I'd requested twin rooms for our group and we were given double beds. Otherwise it was a good place to stay in Alicante.

The room was clean but the beds were absolutely horrible. Worst hotel bed I’ve slept in ever. We also had a room 101 that the bathroom smelled like a sewer coming through the drains and it’s also right next to where they have breakfast and it is very loud. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Situé en plein coeur du quartier historique et près du port. L’emplacement est idéal, les chambres et l’hôtel est au goût du jour !! Le savon et shampooing dans les chambres est de grande qualité. La vue de la mezzanine est incroyable !! Vous devez vous stationner dans un parking au port près du casino et vous rendre à pieds. Environ 5 minutes de marche.

Beautiful place! Lots of attention to detail! But wi-fi was not working and no one could help. The desk couldn’t change large bills, couldn’t mail my letters or even tell me the location of a mailbox. The breakfast bar did not look like a good value compared to the outdoor cafe right out of the front door

Decent hotel. But I left some shirts behind when checking out (my fault) and called the hotel later that day to be told there was no sign of them. "Housekeeping" did not find them. I do not believe this and I'm very upset. I was offered no goodwill or compensation. Bear in mind I paid for 7 rooms. Not happy.

Close to the water, entrance in square, good breakfast, staff is helpful, little loud at night in the square. Very touristy area. Best restaurants to eat at are La Crispeta and Restaurante Fondillon. Everything else is just very touristy.

Room was lovely and it was clean! The bed was very noisy every time one of moved so we didn’t have a great sleep

The air-conditioned didn't work had 2 give us extra blankets, also room 607 very noisy dew 2 being next 2 the lift. Struggled 2 sleep.

Really convenient - clean - decent breakfast nice room

Very good central location. Overpriced for what it is but very convenient if you don't mind paying that bit extra. Rooms can be noisy at night. Staff very friendly and helpful.
