Fantastic hotel in a quiet location, close enough to restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel and service is fantastic, the only issue we were asked at check-in if we wanted a boat trip from hotel to see the main canals. It was the biggest waste of 90 euros. Boat was covered so couldn't see hardly anything no commentary to tell us where we were or any explanation.

Excellent staff and service! Highly recommend this property. Will definitely be back.

Incredibly helpful & friendly staff from the front desk, bellman to bar. We loved room 623. Its was our 3rd time there.

The staff was amazing the bellboy the front desk the bartender, the guy that did breakfast every morning. Amazing amazing.! we got a complementary drink when we got there. The hotel was well worth the price amazing garden in the back very very good service by all the gentleman that worked there.

Excellent! Great stay in a really marvelous city. A couple of canals back so it is quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay in this brilliant hotel ,room and bed was really comfortable and spotless,location was amazing. All amenities, very testy breakfast . Special Tnx to Andrea who was at front desk with his great welcome and provide clear and accurate information. I will highly recommend and difintly return next time.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff on a quiet canal. We loved everything about the hotel from the location, to the comfy beds, well appointed rooms, outstanding staff, and excellent breakfast. I have visited Italy three times but first time in Venice. This was by far my best Italian hotel experience. The water taxi dropping off/picking up right outside canal was an added bonus. We will be back to Venice and the Hotel ai Mori d'Oriente.

Ideal for short stay in Venice convenient for everything, but away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast a little disappointing but I've had worse. Would stay there again.

Great hotel with great staff. We booked the boat tour around the city and it was amazing.

In a quieter, less touristy area of Cannaregio. Hotel is really nice with a middle-eastern theme. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a really nice bathroom. Breakfast is superb. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
