My first visit to Kuwait and I was lucky to stay with the best hotels in town. Professional and friendly staff. Specious nice room, I received a complementary room upgrade. My reservation included a shared airport shuttle, but the hotel was generous and provided a private car. Location is also perfect you can get everywhere conveniently. Thank you.

Great staff, very welcoming and responsive!

The only negative aspect was that the shuttle from the Airport to the hotel was not clearly stated, which resulted in additional costs.

The Kuwait Marriott was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful hotel, exceptional buffet restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Ok so the place wasn’t perfect, the windows were exceptionally dirty, maybe just the nature of Middle East cities. Meh, we would heartily recommend.

I stay in this hotel many times in previous years Today in 2021 , it is out of dated Small rooms, old carpets, service is not so excellent , bad and old fashion shower hose moving with water pressure Will not stay again in this hotel

The staff are great and cheerful and the stay is comfortable

Always choose this hotel for business travel to Kuwait. Complimentary hotel transfer to and from the airport is excellent. Hotel service is second to none and rooms are very tidy and clean. You even get good sports channels in room to keep up with the games going on back home!

Overall a comfortable hotel, but it's beginning to look a bit dated and could do with a rennovation.

Fantastic Friendly, Helpful and Courteous Staff, Excellent location for a business trip. Free and friendly airport transport both ways. Hotel is a little aged, needs modernization, otherwise Clean and comfortable.

It is in the middle of the city, which is perfect. Staff are good. Everything went fine except with the bed and pillows, they weren’t comfortable at all. It is just not a Marriott standard bedding.
