Stayed during Ade festival. Staff where lovely and beds where comfortable however getting in and out of the hotel?!…. You have to walk all the way round the back of the hotel to get in and out of it! It’s right next to a motorway currently being built so it was quite inconvenient

Very clean and quiet room with air con. Very helpful English speaking staff. Recommended.

I like this place but some of the staff is not probably trained well. Breakfast in the morning is very good. I expected a little more because this place was more expensive

This hotel is on the outskirts of zanndan but a 2 minute walk to the bus.the staff were all excellent, thank you

Good property overall. Nice and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. My only peeve was (baring in mind I arrived very late that night) housekeeping came to clean the room at about 9am, it was no later than 9:30am. This is fine for some but if not ready at that time then you miss the opportunity for the whole day.

Clean and beautifully designed rooms. Comfortable mattress and pillow, which allowed a good night sleep. Kind a helpful staff.

Only third room worked. First one toilet was running noisily, second smelled from cigarette smoke. Third was ok but shower didn’t drain and caused a half flooding of the bathroom. As I arrived late they couldn’t change the room key anymore. Had to get a new one next morning. The front desk person didn’t know how to do it though and had to get assistance.

Everyrhing was in order but the toilet was very low and not suitable for older people.

The overall service was amazing. The lack of crib when we arrived was a little let down but staff went above and beyond. We had 2 cribs at 9 am in the morning, best service from the staff

The room smelled of cigarette smoke the first few days. The door would wobble to the tune of the wind outside the building, making noises which would prevent you from sleeping. Rooms were OK.

I loved my time at the Bastion. The room was gorgeous, clean, and large. I had the room with two twin beds, private bathroom etc. The staff was very nice. The food from the restaur

Pros: The staff was friendly. Cons: everything was quite loud, the area (high way), the air conditioning, the refrigerator, and the guests (thin walls and door). The mattress was old and there was nothing in the shower cabin to put the soap/shampoo on other than the floor.

When we checked in the woman at the counter was rude, unprofessional and nasty. When I asked for her name she stated that I was not treating her with respect so she wasn’t going to treat me with respect. We said nothing disrespectful to this person, she used this as an excuse to vent her hostility that was unwarranted. She refused to give me her name after I asked to speak with her supervisor. She kept yelling at us as we left the counter in front of other guests. The other woman that just came on duty Hanicka, was abrupt and unhelpful when we asked for some ice. The check in experience was the worst and we travel all over the world.
