They are good, just be aware that they have two hotels, one. 3 stars and other one 4 stars so the pictures in the booking are mostly for the 4 stars building that is in the same street but the loony and rooms are a little bit different, but in general is a good hotel, the staff is pretty friendly.

Did not use the gym, but it looked OK, small pool, but also good enough. Very good breakfast as shared with Ilunion 4, which is next door and has 4 stars versus 2 stars os Ilunion Valencia 3

A full access complex with the adult traveler in mind. Easy access to business areas of Valencia and proximity to the City of arts and sciences.

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool. The only thing is that the hotel is quite far from the city centre and beach.

The room was beat down, tiny shower, no outside breakfasts options, no coffee/tea maker in the room. They had to be reminded twice to bring a pillow for 3rd person. Noisy, inconvenient bed, leaky toilet

Decent property for the price. TV was tiny. Like 10" iPad tiny. Price was good though.

Overall, this property was disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were rude. The room was not very clean. We had a 3 person and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of my friends has been having really bad back pain as a consequence. The breakfast was good. Do not recommend.

Adrian at the reception desk was amazing. Kind, supportive, caring. The man deserves all the praise.

A bit far from the city center, but easy access to the metro. Lots of restaurants around the area. Good location for the price.

This feels like a very budget hotel. The double room was a decent size and the shower pressure was very good. The gym was good. The WiFi was unusable, the corridors smelled bad, my bathroom flooded everytime I used the shower because the cubicle was not sufficient, the lights in the room were a bit dingy and the toilet plumbing was broken and water would keep flowing long after flushing. An alarm went off at 3am one night in the corridor with no explanation given. I would avoid staying here personally.

Recepton clerk Denis is a very eficient worker. Disappointed in the noise outside and guests being too loud in the hallesy.
