Hotel needs an urgent renovations. It's condition is terrible.

L’hôtel est très bien située, vue imprenable. Séjour top. Le restaurant est génial. On y mange très bien le matin comme le midi et soir. Petit bémol sur la demi pension qui n’offre aucun alcool à table si cocktail gratuit. Petit bémol également sur le service des chambres (manque de papiers toilette et de serviettes pour se doucher par moment).

The property was right in the ocean. I spent a couple of hours everyday there relaxing. The hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants, coffe places etc

Beautiful

First impression of property is ok but as you begin to explore you find that building needs upgrade. In the rooms the AC is poor condition. Fridge was oit of order and room telephone is not working in any if the rooms. . Room is cleaned daily but sheets are not changed and towels are not replaced either . Shower controlof hot and cold is really poor

Poor service the food was not good presented at the buffet and not too many varieties of dishes and desserts Stuff needs to be more professional in service and hospitality If you are looking for good service I really don’t recommend this hotel.

My housekeeper was amazing and a few of the other staff were very friendly but otherwise I did not feel comfortable or welcome at this property and there are very few English speakers. It’s definitely not a place to go to feel safe and relaxed on vacation. Also the food is the same thing every day and not very tasty. Be prepared to line up around a buffet in a crowd of people and fight your way through to get a meal. I would not recommend. There is no room service as described and several other of the listed amenities do not exist either.

This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease!

Best stay ever. Never been amazed like this time. I recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is not worth more than two to three stars. The following detracts a lot: - service standard depends on who serves you - wifi down for a whole two days before they got it fixed. Had to buy SIM card. - We lost clothes and jewelery from the room. Here I must point out that it is not an accusation of theft, but can only state that we cannot find them and the last time we saw these items it was in the room.

J'ai séjourné en famille à l'hôtel Sol Azur en Juillet 2022, Août 2023 et Juillet 2024. Je suis très satisfait par la prestation de cet hôtel. J'ai recommandé cet hôtel à des proches qui ont séjourné et qui ont vraiment apprécié. L'accueil est au top et le personnel est accueillant et serviable. La restauration est au top, la piscine est excellente et l'animation est de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont respectables et bien aménagées. Le personnel est très réactif à chaque réclamation. Comme exemple, je suis descendu à la réception pour réclamer du papier toilette. Après quelques minutes, je suis revenu à la chambre et à ma surprise générale, le papier toilette a été mis à sa place. C'est impressionnant la réactivité du personnel. Je pense que c'est un des meilleurs hôtels de la Tunisie dans sa catégorie. Si la qualité de service est à ce niveau, c'est parce qu'il y a du personnel de haut niveau. Au top management, on trouve Madame Dorsaf, Manager de la relation client. C'est une personne hors norme et elle se trouve partout pour satisfaire les clients et tenir compte des souhaits des uns et des autres et des réclamations. C'est une personne magique qui trouve des solutions à tous. Je suis resté perplexe par le travail énorme et efficace de Madame Dorsaf. Au niveau de la piscine, le responsable est Fethi, ce dernier fait un travail exceptionnel pour satisfaire les clients

Staying at this hotel was a disastrous experience. The entire place is outdated and everything is broken. There were flies and cockroaches everywhere in the room and on the hotel floors. The staff, especially the waiters, were extremely unfriendly, often talking rudely and even fighting with each other in front of guests. No one asked if we wanted a drink; we had to go to the bar and pay cash only. The beach and pool areas were very limited, making it nearly impossible to find a sunbed. The staff constantly looked for tips in a shameful manner. After waiting two hours, we were given a room at 4 PM that had no balcony and four bunk beds, even though there were only two of us. The food was unacceptable, especially breakfast, where they served something that looked like cheese but seemed to be made from sand. On a positive note, the reception desk staff were nice and appeared to be the only ones trained in hospitality. I blame the management for the poor conditions. This hotel could be much better with its nice atmosphere, beach, and pool, but the service, staff, room condition, and food quality were all horrible.

Nice beach which is private

Ensemble peu satisfaisant, la piscine extérieur est très bien. Néanmoins, il est indiqué sur le descriptif de l’hôtel qu’il avait bien une piscine intérieur. Surprise le personnel nous indique que la piscine intérieur est indisponible depuis dès mois. Ayant un bébé de 8 mois cette option faisait partie de nos critères. Par ailleurs, le système de climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. La nourriture au buffet est très moyenne. Le personnel pas très accueillant.
