The hotel staff provided amazing customer service. Also excellent food at the restaurants!!

Everything was great

Nice place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Rooms are very soundproof. Spacious. Bed is comfy. Staff friendly and cheerful. Heaps of parking. Pool is a nice place to hang out. All eateries are very good. Highly recommend.

Our first night on the ground floor, block 1 & 2 was not good. People screaming as and yelling outside the property seemed like they were right at my patio door. Did not sleep all night. The staff were great, they went above and beyond expectations.

Staff were amazing couldn’t do enough to help you.

They had everything we needed to relax after doing the Larapinta trail. The hotel bikes are great.

Pool was beautiful Rooms comfy and clean Aircon was fantastic

Nice hotel with both casual dining and more formal dining options, access to a gym, the casino, etc. a decent walk along the gap into town, overall very comfortable. Some advice to the hotel, pushing laundry trollers with plastic wheels on tiles outside of guest rooms consistently until 10pm sounds like a plane landing outside the room. Maybe invest in some rubber wheels or something to reduce the noise for guests.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was firm (which in prefer). Had no issues with security and despite no enclosed parking lot, our car was safe (we also did not leave any valuables in vehicle). Would choose to stay here, again.

There is nowhere to have a pleasant meal or drink. The Casino facility is really bad, run down, dirty and very unpleasant.

Was disappointed to find you couldn’t exchange salad to vegetables on room service menu ! Our food trays sat outside room for 24 hours ! People opposite us had their car broken into and staff mentioned they seen it on cctv around 4.30 am but got told no manager until Monday

NO ROOM SERVICE ARRIVED WITH BREAKFAST THIS MORNING MEANT TO BE 0645 AM 7 AM I RING ROOM SERVICE CANNOT FIND MY ORDER SO I M PISSED SO CAME TO TOWN TO HAVE BREAKFAST IN THE COLD NOT GOOD ACTUALLY TERRIBLE PLUS ROOM SERVICE TO CLEAN MY ROOM YESTERDAY DID NOT COME UNTIL 3.05PM LATE LATE TERRIBLE
