The staff were good, courteous and willing to help. Facilities are good, with a nice pool, pool bar, restaurant & spa. However the building/s are showing their age, as was my room, which was on the 4th floor (55 steps) and without a lift.

Friendly staff and amazing family rooms that are key clean. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of food. Definitely come back here

This is a beautiful place to stay if you are visiting Candolim. Convenient location and friendly staff with quick service. Only drawback was all the buildings don't have elevators. Otherwise all well and they deserve a 5 star rating.

Staff support extremely disappointing and non cooperative. Manager Roshan and assistant manager Sayan being the worst, and least helpful. They put the blame of their mistakes on a new joinee who was extremely helpful and apologetic. The manager constantly kept contradicting himself for being unable to provide the Suite we had booked because they over booked the property! We got a room with a view of a property back wall and rubbish in the backyard, no balcony, despite booking a resort/pool view Suite.

Access to room is hassle as unnecessary stairs added in the access path Candolim beach is far from the property about 15 mins. walking distance whereas property advertise is misleading by claiming 3mins. walking to beach. The room rent doesn't justify the overall experience

Hotel maintained their excellent standards, were attentative and supportive with our needs. The roof top swimming pool, sauna and steam room was really relaxing at the end of the day and the views were great. Great choice at breakfast. Staff in all areas were extremely professional and welcoming.

The property had us at the back of the hotel where there was literally no light. The breakfast options were subpar at best.

The place was clean and at the center of Candolim. Barely walking 5 mins from the hotel, there are several places to shop and dine.

Staff are very helpful and the condition was poor.

Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly with regard to both check-in and check-out procedures. Upon arrival, we requested an early check-in, but were made to wait for over two hours. Despite the agreed check-in time, our room was not ready, and when it was eventually provided, the floors were wet and the bathrooms had an unpleasant odor. Moreover, the behavior of the hotel staff, specifically the manager, Mr. Subodhip, was unprofessional and uncalled for. During check-out, we had clearly communicated our departure time to the team. However, Mr. Subodhip repeatedly called every five minutes, using harsh and inappropriate language. He wrongly assumed we had not checked out, even though we had vacated the room and handed over the keys to his staff. It was evident that there was a breakdown in communication between him and his subordinates. His poor management and lack of professionalism created a frustrating and unpleasant experience for us.

A lot of furniture in the suit was broken and the property had a lot of maintenance required for its electrical wiring and power supply

We recently stayed at your property and noticed that the housekeeping standards have room for improvement. Upon check-in, there were issues with the cleanliness of the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room itself could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience. On a positive note, I want to commend Myra, Sandeep, Ankita, Debrata, and the head chef for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts made the stay more pleasant, and their professionalism stood out. However, I encountered a concerning issue with the pool attendant/cleaner. I found his behavior towards children to be rude, particularly assuming that all children spoke Hindi. While children do tend to splash a little, his reactions seemed unnecessarily harsh. Furthermore, I overheard him gossiping with other guests in a manner that came across as demeaning towards those using the pool. This is not reflective of the welcoming and professional hospitality standards I expect. I strongly suggest that the pool staff, particularly this individual, receive mentoring and training on hospitality and guest interaction. A more understanding and respectful approach would greatly enhance the experience for families and children. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.
