Excellent hotel. Quirky and modern with friendly service. The location of the hotel is great. Have stayed here twice now and will be sure to stay again.

Overall, I would recommend Artyster hotel … We stayed here for 1 night on our way back from a holiday in the South of France. Aryster hotel is well located just on the edge of Clermont Ferrand centre ville with lots to do in the area and convenient safe parking very close. The hotel is either new, or newly refurbished and has a fun modern style. Unfortunately, we had a terrible nights sleep due to broken air conditioning in our room in the middle of July. The staff were nice about it the issue and tried to help… but there were no other available rooms to transfer us to. Assuming this is a one off and they get the issue fixed, I would have no issue recomending the hotel.

Chambre impeccable

We arrived 2h before the checkin hour because we needed to work - and we thought it would be possible to do it at the hotel lounge. The receptionist told us it was impossible and asked us to leave and come back in 2h - he couldn't allow us to work at the lobby.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et disponible. La chambre etait très bien. Nous avons aussi apprécié le baby-foot dans la salle principale.

Chambre confortable et silencieuse. Petit déjeuner varié, et produits de bonne qualité.

Chouette étape Petit bémol à la fin cependant : pas très agréable de se faire engueuler parce qu'on a deux minutes de retard pour le check-out...

Première nuit ds une chambre avec des fuites d eau du climatiseur, réveil en pleine nuit et seau. Pas de 5G et internet de 1980. Deuxième autre chambre, correct mais tjs pas de 5 G ni d internet.

la chambre 109 à éviter car très bruyante (bruit de l'ascenseur ou de la VMC principale) très pénible sinon le reste bon hôtel au centre ville, le petit déjeuner est correct au vu du prix 14€

Literie confortable. Agencement de la chambre pas très bien pensé à la conception des lieux et finitions passables. Ça vaut le coup si on trouve une chambre pour pas très chère.

J’ai été accusé d’avoir fumé une cigarette dans l’établissement. Le réceptionniste m’a demandé si je fumais je lui ai répondu que oui et il m’a précisé comme dans chaque hôtel que nous ne pouvions pas fumer à l’intérieur. Je suis arrivée à 21h et repartie le lendemain à 8h. J’avais simplement sur moi quelques mégots que je conserve pour ne pas les jeter sur la route durant mes trajets. Ils ont dit sentir une odeur de tabac froid et ils ont voulu me facturer 150€.
