Comfortable room in familiar location was appreciated. However, highway noises marred the quiet and comfort of the room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that i was charged a $ 37.00 charge for one night as a pet fee.

We had a nice room and they were very nice when checking. However, the pool was supposed to be heated. We picked based on having a pool and it was so cold our kids (5) wouldnt get into the pool.

The breakfast was awful, the bathroom wasn't entirely clean.

We chose this property mainly for the kids because of the advertisement of a “HEATED POOL”. The pool was far from heated! Within 5 minutes our kids lips were BLUE! Never once did they let the water go above their waist. The pool’s temperature was a max of 65 degrees. The worker advised that her manager said they would not turn on the heater…. REALLY? This property is an older property. The carpets are nasty and sticky. Our room was barely cleaned with debris still on the floor. Hair still in the shower from the previous person. No shower liner, just the outer curtain which looked moldy at the bottom. Staines from the floors to the ceiling. Rust has clearly been painted over.

I’ve stayed at many other comfort inn and suites and this one was the worst by far. It was really run down looking. The pool area was very gross looking, I wouldn’t even let the kids swim in the pool. The pull out sofa smelled like urine and the room had cobwebs all over like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

It was nice. Room was a little dirty and had a weird smell but overall ok.

The property was extremely dirty and out dated both inside & out. The pool needed to be cleaned as the water was foggy.

The room was clean but the door to the bathroom was very hard to open and close. The shower ran out of hot water after just a couple minutes in there. It was a nonsmoking floor but the hallways smelled very strong of marijuana and cigarettes. So strong it smelled by our door. You could hear the people in the next room clear enough to know what they were saying.

All I can say is Bed Bugs! I would not stay here.

We switched rooms 3 times. Every time we went to pull back the bed sheets they were still dirty..hardly anything for the breakfast buffet which I can get over the cleanliness of the rooms made me want to throw up by the 3rd room switch we decided screw its slow late already and we have to be up early.

The first room was disgusting. It had some sort of unknown substance all over the bed. They let me change rooms, but the second rooms bathtub was dirty and had not been cleaned, and it was obvious.

My shower was hanging out of the wall and broken and closet door would not shut

Very quiet. The whole vicinity it was in was not crowded with traffic. For the price-it was nice. Staff is friendly.

They charged me twice for my dog. All the door knobs were broken in our room. There was hair in the clothing drawers and the heater made an annoying noise.
