They changed me to another hotel 3 days before my trip when I booked this with 2 months' advance notice. I was very disappointed with where they put us.

Two days before our trip, they moved us to a different hotel that was not up to our standard.

Complimentary breakfast was nice first morning excellent food and service Second morning we were grouped together with a tour bus full of people (300) and the food was awful No service and we felt this was not acceptable We were not part of this group and didn’t appreciate being grouped in with them. Not acceptable service

Fairfield canceled our reservation. Move us to The hamptons Inn. Book us a room at the hampton eith 1king size bed. And we are 5. We ask service crew or front desk for extra mattress or foam but theres they did not give us they said they dont have extra . Terrible experience!!!!!never again! So exhausted all day and never get enough rest uncomfortable 👎👎👎👎

Smells bad and ac wasn’t working and first impression failed Stains

They transferred me to other hotel Crowne IGH. Air conditioner never worked extremely hot in the room. Very bad customer service.

We actually stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, which was next door as the Fairfield had some issue. They notified us well in advance and was very happy with the Hilton. Shuttle service was very good

It was my children and i first time there, I stayed close to the airport so I didnt get lost or have troubles findibg my way round. The front desk people are amazing. The restaurant people were ok. Not great but ok.

There was no parking available for the week I booked but they helped me in finding a new parking spot at the hotel next door but, then we were bumped to a different hotel. Again they helped me with the parking but that was a lot of stress I did not need. I picked the Fairfield for a reason but I did not get to stay there. The 3 stars are only because they were helpful with my parking issue.

Didnt stay at Fairfield Inn. It was overbooked and was relocated to Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Crowne had numerous girls hockey teams staying there and it was quite chaotic including having to have my complimentary buffet breakfast together with numerous hockey teams and there parents!

Had 4 days stay, but not happy with Breakfast as hotel should understand many nationalities visit so has to provide Breakfast accordingly. Room was noisy with the running of Aircondition unit

They changed my reservation last minute and rebooked to a cheap hotel, I was told it will be same room and breakfast but it was not, I booked 2 queen beds but was given 2 double beds small room, breakfast was terrible at the crown plaza which was not same as Fairfield.. I did not expect this from the Fairfield to do last minute changes and put me in terrible situation

I make reservations with FairField Marriott. The Hotel at Marriott they switched me over to Hampton Inn. I was very surprised. But I was tired and tired not to arguing with them.

Never got to stay at the Fairfield Inn because they were over-booked and we got re-directed to another hotel.

Had to go to different hotel and smaller than it supposed to i am not happy at all
