Wonderful Oceanview, quiet

It was a nice hotel but the pool was closed.

The room was amazing and so was breakfast. I was disappointed that the pool and beach access was closed. Also there was close to no parking close to the hotel.

Nice staff very friendly. Very clean will definitely recommend it

Amenities were closed due to them doing work around the building I’m assuming. But the room was nice and clean

Loved our stay! It would be a 5 if the pool and hot tub were functional. The room was a great size and the balcony was great. We loved the view and enjoyed the breakfast very much

Long list of issues. Hotel was dirty and hot, Pool was closed, no beach access from beach front hotel, had to park off site due to hotel construction. Wedding gift that was supposed to be placed on our room was lost and no one could find it!

No pool or hot tub. Room carpet felt wet, made the room stinky. Also, no chairs on balcony, when you have ocean view.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. NO AC IN HALL WAY., COCOROCH IN THE ROOM., FILTHY BATHROOM., NOT VACUMED FLOOR., NOT CLEANED TOILET. JUST H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E., NEVER COME TO HYATT AGAIN. SO SAD.

Oceanfront, great location

Not a good spot for Bike Week/Biketoberfest.

Our stay was terrible, the frint desk person was on their phone didnt even acknowledge us standing right in front of him. There was a party in one of the rooms on our floor. They were blasting music, really loud and obnoxious. And the hallways reeked of marijuana smell. Someone kept on knocking the doors to every room on the 6th floor. This started from 9ish to about 12am. I called the feont desk numerous time but no answer. I didnt feel save walking down to the lobby. Very rude staff.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE....DO NOT STAY!!!!this property has no pool and no beach access it does not tell you that until you reserve the room and at that point its to late to cancel..the ceiling in dining room is falling apart..the whole 6th floor smelled like weed for the whole two days....the hallway was flooded on 6th floor thus morning when we left....breakfast was terrible.....customer service was terrible...parking was horrible....this is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at...no chairs on balcony to sit in....not worth over $400 to stay here...i will tell everyone dont stay at this crap..and only 2 elevators for 10 floors and they were slow as crap to...BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

No hot water in room, AC didn’t work, not enough parking and despite it being a busy holiday weekend there was only one desk clerk. Maintenance staff was helpful in getting things fixed. Also pool was not open due to hurricane damage and there wasn’t any beach access.

Good area for walking around beach

PROS: Light breakfast included in stay. Waffle house restaurant within walking distance if you want something more hearty. Nice view of the beach. Next door to a park for easy access to the beach. Room and bed clean. CONS: Not flexible on early check-in. Very limited parking availability, had to park across the street. When we were there, the pool area was under construction. The shower was in a bath tub that was difficult to manage.

The view and the staff were nice. The breakfast bar was pretty good. The pool and hottub are both not working. There wasn't enough parking in the main parking or the overflow lot for their guests. We only had fresh towels the first day of our 5 night stay, and requested towels but was told by staff that the hotel was out of towels. The price of the hotel was not relective of the quality of stay. Maybe once they get all the renovations finished it would be worth the price.
