There was a generator out side our room that was so noisy we were unable to sleep.

Position was great

Good location, good for couple day stop over , overall good clean motel

Air conditioner needs up grading. Very noisy

This an older hotel that although it is starting to show it's age, it was clean and everything was maintained so that it made for a very comfortable stay.

The applances and pipes were super noisy and the bathroom was in dire need of a revamp.

It was an old, somewhat dilapidated motel. We didn't feel like the website represented the property accurately. The receptionist was lovely!

This property suits my needs and I have stayed here in the past.

We stayed at this property as we had fond memories of past visits. The staff were fantastic, but the site and rooms are tired and need some attention - re painting, new carpet and extra amenities like an additional soap for the shower and a blanket for cold nights and additional pillows for those that need more than one would have made things better. once simple things are done, it will be just a good as it ever was.

Hotel rooms could do with an upgrade but staff were excellent. Very good for a one night stay.

It was a really bad night

Clean comfortable motel. Sufficient amenities in the room. Close to public transport and Austin Hospital. Wifi ok.

I felt like I was walking into a slasher film at this motel. The lock to get into the rear building was difficult to open, the bathroom had no toilet roll holder, gouges in the plaster and the door wouldn't close properly. There was no way to wash up the cups or cutlery we used. The aircon unit smelled musty when running and when we went to check out the pool, we decided not to risk the water because it didn't look very nice. The walls were very thin and we could hear the people in the room above us walking around and our neighbours having a conversation. The staff were friendly though, but thankfully we were busy all weekend and spent very little time in the room itself.
