Check in was amazing but the room had used towles/ rags hanging over the shower and hair in it and the house keeper just walked in my room a hour before check out and she didnt even knock on the door

The room was dirty I didn't realize it until after I done to take a bath and got dressed and the whole bedspread had something smeared on it. Then receptionist said I've been there for 2 hours before and I just didn't I said and would not refund my money Or move me to another room

Close to highway and downtown

Okay hotel to stop at on way to Florida for myvwife and kids. Not impressive. Breakfast was horrendous. Won't come back here next time we head this way.

We rented a suite for the night. Needless to say this hotel is in major need of repairs. Tile floor around tub was taped with duck tape and very spongy. Worse part of the stay was the odor of marijuana ,ran us out of the hotel for several hours. When I approached the front desk about the issue they said they couldn’t do anything about it other than put out some odor neutralizer. We had to leave for several hours to get away from the smell. We arrive back to the hotel several hours later and the odor was better so we stayed the night. Woke up at 6am to the odor of marijuana again. We packed our things and left. Don’t waste your money on this hotel. Pictures of the place will fool you.

Accessible to things

Quick check in process because you can do a pre check in prior to arrival. The walls and ceiling show obvious signs that the building is very old. Tub drained slow but not terrible.

I enjoyed my stay.

Wash cloths and shower curtain were stained.

Decent place but bathroom had strong smell of urine.

Creepy!! I checked my mom in for the night. Before 1:27am someone called her room asking her personal questions(if she was alone, who I was and what my phone number was, why I checked her in)I got 4 calls after 1:27 at my house. They told her they owed me a refund in order for her to give them my number. I didn't pay at the counter I paid online through Hotels.com. The only thing I used my card for was room deposit. How and why did some stranger have my number? Why did they call at 1:27a.m.?and not wait until she checked out?

i do not know if it was a discrepancy on the hotels.com website or if its the hotels but I was under the impression that I was getting a room that had a jacuzzi tub in the room and I did not. I had a tub in the bathroom but I definitely did not have a tub like what was pictured in the room info of the room I clicked to book

It was ok

Everything was great except the bathroom was visibility dirty. Hair in the tub and a thick dark brown ring around the tub. It came off with cleaning solution and a sponge so I know housekeeping didn't even try to clean it.

Clean comfortable room. Reasonable price. Very nice lady at check in. Only complaint was others who were also staying. Some people are disrespectful and thats no fault of the hotel. My only suggestion is an in room coffee maker please

Not exceptional. King suite was bright all night long, the blinds were too thin. The bathroom was too small. One of our towels had a wad of hair on it.

The overall stay wasn’t bad, the customer service wasn’t very good but I noticed that for every place we went in the area. The tv was broken in the first room we were in and the random noises were a little annoying ( the ac would make a meowing sound when it shut off and when you turned on the shower it made a loud noise that did eventually turn off.
