the property is on a nice location, but the room was dirty bathroom was stinking. I asked twice to get my bathroom clean and I ending cleaning myself. There was a doctor's convention, and they just focused on them like the others guess money was not value. Now, Roberto the guy was working as our waitress in the restaurant was very nice and helpfully. I was thinking to get the membership because the Camino Real hotel locate in Huatulco Oaxaca is very nice, clean. staff amazing. but has these incidents change my mind. I will not stay on this Hotel not more.

Great hotel in Veracruz A little bit dusted but has great location and amenities

I think coffee should be free and available all the time, like many other places. This is a great place, we love it, just that little detail.

Breakfast wasnt too good and a little expensive.

Staff is very helpful, some do speak English, rooms have balconies, reception can exchange upto 100 USD daily. Staff have good recommendations for ventures, most necessities are within walking distance and boardwalk is smooth

The service was amazing!

The family traveled together and we all stayed at the hotel. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely include the breakfast option with your room. It is worth it! Delicious with a large variety of breakfast items! We enjoyed the beach views and rooms with balconies. The adults liked having shopping close by, as well as a variety of restaurants. We loved the pool and the beach! We all enjoyed being about to stroll along the Boulevard. We'll be back!

Good service but overpriced for the quality of the product

The location is good, we stayed to assist a event on the World Trade Center Veracruz and it was really close by, with malls near by as well. However the hotel is not clear when we booked it stated breakfast was included However at the place they told us that the included breakfast was only tea and bread. We opted to have breakfast outside most of the days since we would have to pay it anyway. The rooms were clean but you can hear the outside noise. The staff is nice the valet parking and the parking on site is really safe.

We booked 3 rooms overlooking the ocean. Clean beautiful rooms with an incredible view. We woke up to the sunrise over the ocean. American breakfast was very good and staff was amazing.
