All as described and expected. Bits of maintenance needed in some parts which is expected for a hotel, but nothing to detract from the experience. Good location, good amenities

The room was clean, staff friendly , lots of restaurants near by and very easy to walk to all the sights

The room was large enough for the two of us and we didn't feel that space was an issue at any time. While a bit dated, everything worked fine although both key cards failed on the last evening of our four night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to the sights and a short walk to the Prague Castle and the bridge. Food and restaurants are just all around.

Lækker morgenmad med masser af forskellige ting at vælge imellem. Fin rengøring af værelser og arealer. Hyggelig bar med gode drinks. Eneste minus er at der er lydt. Der er klinkegulv og når overboen rykker rundt på stole eller går med sko, så kan det høres meget tydeligt. Og man kan høre badevand og toiletvand løbe inde i rørene fra andres toiletter og bad. Men der er ellers utroligt stille på hotellet! Vi kommer gerne igen.

Did not take the breakfast option. Have stayed at the Roma in 2025 and 2026, two weeks each time. Had the room we wanted, corner facing the park. Very enjoyable.

Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and bedding. Within the walking distance of great restaurants, the Charles Bridge, and other iconic places to visit/tour.

Great hotel, brilliant location but could do with modernisation

Hotel locations was great, we were by the lift which was noisy from 7 am. We were not able to sleep after 7pm due to the cleaning trolley making too much noise. Otherwise good hotel. Did not have breakfast the bar had a good selection and staff were friendly

Incredible location and a very comfortable hotel, just short walking distance from Charles bridge, tram stop across the street. Hotel was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower. Welcome Proseco bottle and a complementary sauna was a nice touch. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, grocery store around the corner. Staff was helpful and lovely. Good value for the price. Would definitely come back and highly recommend, our stay was perfect!

Didn't have the breakfast there, but the bar was well stocked. Unfortunately, we were asked to leave the bar sitting area a bit after midnight by security. Just 2 of us talking softly, but clear we were not welcome to stay there.

I absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms were great, beds were comfortable and room amenities were awesome too! It is located in a great area in the city, close to everything with tons of shops and food options around. Easy to access via public transport as well. Prime option for sure! I am not giving it a perfect score because the staff was rude and not friendly at all! They refused to let me park my car even though the hotel advertises parking, because I had not made a prior reservation for parking. I booked through a third party vendor so there was no way I could have known that a separate reservation was needed for parking. After arguing for a bit, they finally let me enter the garage and park my car but the front staff person was rude and VERY nasty. I won't say anything negative about the hotel itself, but the staff could stand some improvement and better customer service skills.

Excellently located and good value. We had a 'suite' that was over two floors and had two bathrooms. Perfect for our family of 4.
