Staff were attentive and helpful with suggestions for local taxi service. Such a comfortable room. Travel into Maastricht for Andre Rieu took no time at all. Would be happy to stay again here

Good sized room and nice bathroom. Cleaned daily. Perfect for what we needed.

I have stayed at this hotel a few time the only thing that let it down was the Tv at along fay in work its nice to chill the tv was not working correctly i was moved room but ut was the dame.in the other one think the tv system need sort thats the only thing that Puts this hotel down. Sorry

Booked several days to attend a funeral, had a family disaster and requested a partial refund or some sort of good will gesture. I appreciate the deal we booked was non refundable but under the sad circumstances of my mother being hospitalised I did expect some gesture, but no. You'd think then that having paid for the night before we arrived, we wouldn't be told that check in wasn't till 2pm. Otherwise it was ok. When we next visit family we won't be staying there so it was very short sighted to choose not to help us.

Staff were good fun. Receptionist(s) were very welcoming. Location was ideal for my trip.

Right off the highway and great food for dinner.

Did sleep for one night as either next door or above me either with me me up in the middle of the night or I couldn't get to sleep as things were dropped. Promises made as an iron, opening my safe to no avail except for the day before I left. Was charged for 2 persons even though I was there alone. Public transport was there and ok, but it is far away from everything and you really need a car.

A clean and no nonsense hotel, very reasonably priced with super helpful and friendly staff.
