Everything was great but it was a shame that the bar did not stay open late for the England World Cup match

Staff very helpful and returned our car keys. A big thank you to the female receptionist! The hotel itself is bland and is a bog stand business model. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. The hotel bathroom, even in the deluxe room doesn’t have a stand alone shower and is cramped. The view we had over the docks was however very pleasant and there is lots going on once you leave the hotel.

Very beautiful property right on the water, central to Canary Wharf. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. The lobby has a very nice restaurant and lounge. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. There’s even an extra security lock mechanism already on the door which made me feel a little extra safe as a solo traveler. Cleaning services were offered daily which was also really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me navigate the tube by giving me helpful directions. Would definitely stay here again when I return.

We arrived at 3pm, the correct time for check in. We have NEVER seen such a huge queue for check in and such a disorganised system! People were checking in, no rooms available, people being asked to wait whilst rooms were being finished…. It was complete chaos in the reception area. Surely a hotel knows exactly how many rooms are booked, they should arrange for extra staff to be on if they have special offers on/special occasions etc to avoid this chaos. It took approximately 30-45 minutes to work our way through this queue to be seen. We had 2 rooms …. Neither were ready! We were not happy as we all wanted to freshen up as we were due out again in approximately 45 minutes for the evening. The agent did a lot of taping on the keyboard, suddenly one room became available! Not ideal but at least we had somewhere for bags and to freshen up! Myself and one other went down later to see about the other room…. Again the agent did so much taping of the keyboard. No suddenly became yes, we had both rooms. We were offered breakfast for the inconvenience… nice but not all of us could take up and couldn’t remove the stress of the whole occasion. I made the booking, requested a twin room and a double. We received 2 doubles ( thankfully my friend & I could laugh about sharing a double!) Told to check in at 3pm not 4pm I am on medication for anxiety…. This really didn’t help me.. I travel the world and have not once ever experienced such a shambles. A shame as the hotel itself was excellent

The air-conditioned room was fantastic during the heat wave in London. The staff was very accommodating throughout the stay. Great location and very convenient to the tube.

Lovely large room. Very impressed. Check in was poor. So many people checking in and not enough staff to deal with the guests! Room wasn’t ready so we were given a voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar. Asked for a cocktail and was refused. Told it was house wine, beer or coffee. Explained we didn’t drink wine etc so could we have a glass of Prosecco again told no. I went back to reception to explain and eventually they agreed to offer us a drink that we actually wanted to drink!! Have never experienced this before at such a so called high class hotel. Slept very well so again room and beds great. Breakfast was again such a poor experience. We had to wait in a queue for almost 25 mins to be seated!! We have never experienced this before in any other well known hotel. Once in to eat the breakfast choice was very good. Honest feedback to the hotel is please sort out checking in and breakfast queuing as both were unacceptable. Lady that dealt with us on reception was however extremely helpful and I felt very sorry for the stress the staff seems under!!

The hotel is one min walking from the Canary Wharf underground entrance. Parking across the street is the only nearby parking option for £24 a day.

The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning. When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off. Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off.

The hotel was very well situated for our weekend visit to Abba Voyage. The staff were all very friendly and the bar staff and concierge staff were very efficient and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. The hotel surpassed our expectations. Very enjoyable stay. Thankyou.
