Beautiful hotel in Berlin.

The location of the hotel is amazing - three stops away from Alexanderplatz, very close to one of Berlin’s nicest parks (Volkspark Friedrichshain), in a quiet area but super central. Staff were friendly and rooms were quiet and clean

Great hotel for quiet, peaceful sleeping. Will stay again and highly recommend it. Only one criticism, wish they would close the door next to the outside smoking bench so the 5 floor-high lobby doesn’t fill with cigarette smoke.

I really like this hotel and have stayed here several times. It has a great location with good sized rooms.

The property is in a cool neighborhood with plenty to see and do nearby. Without having to go into downtown. They are very strick with check in times. Good staff!

This is a very outdated hotel. The room was big but smelled old. Area far from the city centre. Manual key had to leave it at the reception every day. Noisy street.

I have stayed here twice for vacation travel. Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and comfortable furnishings. The complimentary breakfast was great and the location cannot be beat. The park across the street is great for morning exercise and evening strolls, train accessible, and it's just minutes to the busy hub of Alexanderplatz for shopping, sightseeing, dining and transportation.

Spectacular staff, residence and park nearby. Location, location, location everything from transportation to restaurant and city center with arts at your fingertips!!!

It was a little distance away from Berlin's main attractions, but we were visiting family living there. We did not eat at the hotel, and the bar was closed on Sunday when we would have had a beer or cocktail, but we enjoyed several decent restaurants in the neighborhood. Shopping is also available with many small local shops, but of course, these are all closed on Sundays.

Well located and comfortable hotel in a green and pleasant part of Prenzlauer Berg.

Where to start. Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures are very misperceptive. The lobby and common areas look so modern but once you enter the room; you realize that it needs immediate renovations. There are two separate old closets that take a lot of space in the room. In addition, the bed is split in half so basically twin beds attached to each other and are very uncomfortable. The room clean service was definitely not optimal nor did they achieved full cleaness. The worst part of it was at the bar area. The female bartender, whom had short blonde hair, was very rude to me and my girlfriend. She refused to give us ice when we asked for it when the night before the other bartender offered us. In addition, when we asked her to charge the room; she declined and said that there was no way she could do it. The night before, the other bartender gladly charged us our drinks to the room. She could of been nicer about the whole the situation and we would of not cared. Its her loss, for she was the only bartender we didn't tip. Room service was non-existent due to there "short of staff" status. overall very bad experience at this hotel.

This hotel was in a convenient location near trams and not too far from the Berlin Hbf. We were able to walk to the hotel from the tram. It is across the street from this lovely, huge park with many trees and fountains. So quaint! Church bells ring on the hour adding to the atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, the front desk was open 24 hours a day, the breakfast had many selections, and our room was great! Nice double size bed, comfortable mattress and comforters. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A little worn, but trying its best. Made the mistake of trying to visit Berlin during the Berlin Marathon weekend. For the rate I was paying, it did not meet up to my expectations. Nice folk at reception and no complaints about noise (felt like the only guest there). Still, I would have loved for a Bar that was open, a workout room and some of the other amenities I expect from a 4-star hotel.

Maybe some reupholstering would help.

I really liked the hotel and the service all staff provided. The room was clean and welcoming.

It was a bit disappointing because the pictures on their website are a bit deceiving. The bathroom was upgraded and clean but the rest of the room looked and felt very dusty and old. The sheets were clean however when we lifted the cushions on the couch, there were plastic wraps, crumbs and a bottle cap. There were 2 moths flying in the room as well. Their open buffet style breakfast was good. The staff was nice. And lastly, they have a very limited underground parking space that you may end up parking on the street.
