Our room was infested with ants! And we paid $334 for the night to get this extra feature. The front desk clerk sent up an "engineer" with a can of bug spray. The "engineer" immediately determined that his can was no match for the quantity of ants roaming about everywhere. At the engineers urging, the front desk guy magically found us another room when he previously claimed no other rooms where available. Thanks to this ordeal, we arived at the hotel at 11 pm, and got to bed at 1:00 AM. Expedia contacted the hotel for me, but the hotel manager REFUSED to issue any type of refund for the horror and inconvenience to us of this experience. And in a $334 room! No more Marriott properties for us!

Place was clean for the most part. Parking very limited. There was construction material in parking spots. In addition there was a bus taking up 6 spots in the rear or the location. Coffee was atrocious. Breakfast didnt start until 700a, alot of us left the hotel by 630a. Room was very over priced.

The customer service for the front desk people before I checked in when I checked in and when I checked out was excellent. It was only 15 minutes from the wedding that I was attending in Bel Air which made it great.

Staff was awesome. We loved the comfy bed and shower. Breakfast was very limited and not good. Our suite had very little space for our clothes.

Thank you to Darla Briggs and the hotel staff for hosting my wife and I’s guests during our wedding weekend. They were flexible and helpful the whole weekend!

Great location friendly staff and very clean and rooms were nice and updated . Walking distance to several dining options

My stay was great

It’s clean and comfortable.

I went for a cheer competition and a little Getaway with my daughters. We were looking forward to swimming and just enjoying the hotel but the pool was closed which ruined the entire experience. Had I known it was closed we would have went to another hotel close by. I didn't find out until after checking in the pool was closed. I wish they would have put on website because I'd gone somewhere else

Super nice staff

Front staff was amazing. Arrived from the airport at 9am after taking a red eye flight. They let us check in early so we could rest before going to a funeral later that day. No extra charge. That doesn’t happen. Highly recommend this hotel

Best customer service

Friendly staff, quick check-in, room was very clean and stocked, and temperature was comfortably set. The bed is very comfortable. Marriott always provides excellent accommodations.

Very convenient from 95. Dog friendly, although not much grassy area. Room was clean. Staff very nice and welcoming.

Always a great, clean place to stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Jew was of the freeway. Oh well????
