Excellent amenities, close to Portsmouth and Fareham, Lidl over the road. Room was very spacious for a double it felt like a suite. Really nice added touches of robes and slippers, sleep masks and white company toiletries. Spa and breakfast were top notch.

The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. We didnt realise until later in our stay that you needed to request your room to be cleaned relying on Qr codes that we missed. Breakfast times were confusing and not very well comunicated. We arrived on time but felt rushed as they were trying to clear things away. My partner had to ask for his breakfast to be heated up

A real gem! We booked it last minute after a disaster with our first hotel. We walked in and immediately felt welcomed. It has a lovely feel, smells gorgeous and the spa is stunning. Food in the restaurant was delicious and staff are friendly. It was a nice treat for my birthday. We’ll definitely be staying again. Thank you 🤗

Overall our stay was good and as expected as we have stayed here many times before. However as we were staying two nights we expected as normal our room for our second night to be serviced ready for a fresh stay on night two. However disappointingly when on returning from a day out visiting family it clearly had not, we asked reception if this could be done as soon as possible as we needed to get ready to entertain family in hotel restaurant that night they said they would see to it straight away. After an hour it still wasn’t serviced we asked again and was told it would be done straight away. A new policy wasn’t mentioned. It was then shortly after a staff member knocked in the door to tell us that two weeks ago they introduced a new policy that it had to be requested via an app before 10am if your staying more than one night. Apparently there was a card in the room advising of this that we missed as never having had such a policy in a hotel before and crucially it was NOT mentioned or warned about to us at check-in as a new policy introduced only two weeks prior. They tried to rectify it with new towels but housekeeping had all gone home so room could not be serviced. So be aware you have to request this now.! We wondered why would you not have a room serviced and refreshed, as paying same rate for both nights? to have with bins emptied, fresh towels, toilet rolls, tea coffee refreshed, room cleaned etc etc especially as no reduction in room cost for doing it yourself.!

Large room and excellent bathroom. Staff cheerful and friendly. The service at breakfast was particularly good and that seems to be unusual now in our experience. We have stayed here before when exploring the area and came this time for an overnight stay before joining a cruise. It is good value and has lots of amenities should guests wish to use them.
