Great resort, staff were super helpful especially those at the restaurant. The Spa was amazing and the staff took time to speak with us before recommending treatment to book. Location right on the beach made it a fantastic place to stay.

I loved absolutely everything a about my experience! This was my very 1st time in Crete and the hospitality was second to none! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful!! I'd love to visit again!

Perfect in every way. Food and drinks were excellent, staff polite and hospitable, while working busy shifts. Beach was great and the highlight of the trip. Facilities were very well kept and entire resort was kept clean and tidy. Overall excellent stay and well recommended. Highlight of the trip!

Second year coming to Agapi Beach Resort! Great staff, very comfortable and beautiful rooms, clean and really well-looked after grounds, sandy clean beach, delicious food! Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful vacation by the sea!

Beautiful property, the food was good.

There were 9 of us in our party with ages ranging from 23 to 65- everyone loved! Nice beach and fantastic food. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Rooms were remodeled and clean. Spa staff excellent as well as the animation team. Taka taka- Greek street food restaurant was unbelievably good! One of the best all inclusive resorts. Minor enhancements I’d recommend include mimosas at breakfast and coffee in dining room for lunch and dinner.

Staff so nice. Gianluca and Maria were super sweet animators. Maria and Harra in dining were also so sweet. Everyone was just so gracious. Guest services were also amazing. Would definitely come back. Great food.

Property was lovely. The Greek yogurt with honey every morning really hit the spot!

Weird place, good food. Clientele are odd and made it uncomfortable. Staff was phenomenal. Room ceiling had some type of damage.

Customer service was amazing, food was great. The beds were very uncomfortable and room smelled bad. No free upgrade offered. I also suggest that the gotel offers more entertainment activities in the night such as DJ or shows. Very boring after 9 pm.

Would definitely come back to this resort. A beautiful clean resort couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

I would have to say I think the pictures are misleading. I think the descriptions are misleading. We would never stay here again. This reminds me of a cruise ship. The buffets and restaurants are like troughs and people push past each other to get to the front. If it wasn’t for the free alcohol, this place wouldn’t even be close to worth it. Upon checkout, we called and asked for someone to come pick us up. We had two large bags and were upstairs with no elevator in a bungalow, which was not a bungalow. They never came and picked us up. We had to walk ourselves over, which wasn’t the end of the world, but we were across the property and it was very inconvenient with our luggage. We requested an extra pillow because the one pillow they give you is paper thin we never got it. We had emailed the property prior to showing up because they never emailed us and we asked them if we needed to do any reservations. They said no we’d be fine upon arrival. We were told that we could not make any reservations at the restaurant because they were all booked up that we should’ve done it prior to coming. As well in the middle of the night, the AC unit shut off both nights and it was extremely difficult and took a while to play with to get it to turn back on and the room got extremely hot.Once again, I would never stay here again.

The room was clean. Food was Excellent. The pool was small, full of kids and little to no music; boring. The beach was windy and rough. Nightly entertainment program started around 9:00 pm for a couple of hours. No tooth brush or sponge provided in this “luxury Resort “. No upgrades or mention thereof being VIP. Some of the alcoholic drinks are extra. One of the bar tenders at the main restaurant is indeed rude. To me, it stops short of being luxury or perhaps to the other clients, it can be that!

There were lots of dining options within the resort that provided variety throughout our stay. The buffet at the main restaurant was the best I’ve ever had. We loved that we had healthy, great tasting options for every meal. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

We usually don't do all-inclusive holidays, so this was our first experience in a long time, and we were thoroughly impressed. The resort exceeded our expectations, providing a clean and spacious beach with plenty of free loungers and a great selection of water sports. The four pools were well-maintained, with friendly staff at the pool bar enhancing our enjoyment. We stayed in a bungalow that was well decorated and very comfortable. Dining options were excellent, with an Italian restaurant open for dinner by reservation and the Taverna available for both lunch and dinner. The Taverna's Sunday barbecue featuring delicious grilled meats was a highlight. The main restaurant offered a fantastic variety of Cretan and international cuisine. The spa services, including a facial and massage, were wonderful, and Erica was especially helpful in providing treatment information. The general manager was frequently visible, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and improvement. Right outside the resort, we found numerous shops and restaurants, creating a friendly atmosphere. We also enjoyed a well-organized trip to Heraklion and the Palace of Knossos, complete with earpieces to hear our knowledgeable guide. Overall, Agapi Beach Resort feels like a little village, perfect for families and those seeking a relaxing getaway. We left with great memories and a desire to return.
