Good value and great location. Front desk accommodated my early check-in. On the downside, one of door locks was broken, in room safe battery low and did not work and hot water was very slow in coming for the first shower and non-existent the second morning before check out.

The bed needs a new mattress. And the office chair was broken. The mattress is worn out on both sides and only good still in the very middle. Not the hotel is very nice and well located.

All the crew member were great. The only problem was a few of them speaking English

O hotel é ótimo e bastante confortável, com cama grande e lençóis confortáveis. A varanda do quarto tem uma ótima vista para a cidade. A equipe é simpática e prestativa em todas as áreas. No entanto, a piscina estava muito suja (água turva) e não há cadeiras/espreguiçadeiras o suficiente para os hóspedes que frequentam a piscina. O café da manhã é ok, com enos opções do que hotéis da mesma qualidade.

Basic, clean room. Well air-conditioned. Pleasant staff. Across the street from a subway station. Terrible breakfast.

The room had a musty smell of mold. Not a good value for the price paid and there are better properties nearby for the same price that are cleaner.

We stayed three nights at this mid-level hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and nice! City view, within walking distance of good restaurants, shops and Ibirapuera Park. We would stay here again!
