No complaints at all. We had a very good stay at hotel urban. Very well situated in Madrid and we were well looked after.

The design and room’s interiors was nice and peaceful, modern and elegant. Staff was excellent

needs to be upgraded

I found it strange that they thought i needed to be told how to place a room key in the slot by the door, how to tyrn on the lights and where to find the clothes hangers. Stupid really.

The hotel was gorgeous. Sites within walking distance. I must say the 3 gentleman that attended the hotel entrance were so pleasant and helpful. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the rooftop pool area but it got chilly.

Very nice hotel, attentive staff, cozy terrace ( try lubina ceviche, so good!) and breakfast buffet excellent!

Centrally located, excellent and very accommodative personal. Beautiful rooms, delicious restaurants inside and outside of the hotel.
