Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The pool area was nice, although it can get really crowded before lunch and before dinner. The hotel was close to a number of dining options and was around an 8min walk to the Skylon tower area.

We really enjoyed our stay but were surprised that our booking was in US dollars so when converted to Canadian it was a lot more then expected. Also an additional fee of 25 dollars on a large empty parking lot was added.

Area looked run down with loads of buildings near by that appeared to be empty and falling down.

Beautiful property close to everything. Staff was so friendly and helpful and the pool was gorgeous. Restaurants on site were delicious.

great stay for whole family.all the staffs are friendly and helpful specially the staff in buchanans,great food options too.hotel rooms common areas amenities are clean and organized.we'll diffenitely stay again and will recommend to friend and families.keep it up double tree by hilton niagara.thank you for a wonderful stay

Very nice facility!

The property was well maintained and clean. It was out first time staying with Double Tree and they didn't disappoint. One negative item is the pool has way to much chlorine. The pool turned all of our eyes and the smell was extremely strong. The welcome cookies are awesome!! Will be back!
