recently stayed at your hotel for a week and had a very disappointing experience. Despite booking the highest-priced room, the service fell far below expectations. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay, which made the experience unpleasant.
Additionally, basic amenities like bottled water were not provided in the room, which is surprising given the price point and standard one would expect. Also lot of sounds as some work going on.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service and guest experience.
