Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy with everything I needed. Breakfast was simple and plenty of options. I'm gluten free and would've liked to see more labelling on allergies and some gluten free bread.

Excellent service, clean premisses, good breakfast with fresh food, although somewhat limited in variation. Rooms are small but comfortable and well maintained, noise at a minimum, good insulation. I recommend it for a couple of nights.

Nice looking hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, nice staff, pretty good food (not a lot of vegetables for breakfast). Some minor improvements to the rooms/amenities could be done, but ok overall.

1.comfy smallish rooms with nice beds and perfect Aircon / heating 2. Good staff. can speak English. Natalie / Natalia was very helpful . 3. Great location if your meetings are in the Ciudad Financiera area. 4. Away from the hustle hustle and noise of central Madrid 5. good restaurant and breakfast this is ideally a business hotel. if u r a tourist you may prefer a hotel in downtown Madrid.

While you don’t hear much street noise, the sound insulation within the building is terrible. It’s now past midnight and I hear my neighbors talking through the wall. The noise of doors slamming in the hallway is so loud it wakes me up every time! If you’re sensitive to noise you should avoid this hotel.
