Nice hotel with lovely staff that are ready to help And the bedroom was nice and clean and plus felt really safe there , would stay there again if working in the warwick area

Absolutely unfriendly staff Room poor You have to pay for parking making it expensive Staff abrupt and very poor Toilet dirty/ rusty/and badly stained Breakfast is a travel service station No directions to hotel if you get wrong side it’s a 14 mile drive to get to other side Will never use again

Quite frankly from the rude person on registration to the poor dirty room it was nothing but awful If you wish to book a dreadful stay this is the place

Despite the hotel description saying free parking, I was charged for parking because I used Expedia and not their own website. Guy at the front desk just laughed. No joke. Highly offensive. Hallways smelled

Extremely basic facilities. Parking charges £5 not very clearly mentioned.

Convenient place to stay and the rooms were large and fine. The extra charge for parking was a bit off.

The receptionist on the night shift was friendly, however upon arrival was offered a room downstairs that did not match the description of hotel.com both the double bed and small bed had side panels ripped off and all the springs where hanging out on both beds, also the room appeared to have not been cleaned with shoe boxes over the floor and dirty bathroom, I had babys and toddler with me so this room was not safe, i was then offered room 120 however the room was also very dirty, bathroom had definately not been cleaned and there was stains all over the carpet, also bed springs were sticking in my back so was unable to sleep in the bed. It was not ideal for small children, i would not stay again it was very similar to a hostel.

Old rooms... tired out. Food tasteless. Spend a bit more stay elsewhere.

Clean, front of house staff very good.

A good stay, only issue was the shampoo/shower gel was completely empty.

Outdated, tiles cracked, lack of facilities if you arrive late at the surrounding service area. Didn’t appear to of been cleaned. Had to keep asking for things like towels for second person. Reception staff were polite though.

Really dirty to the point I would say unhygienic Carpets stained and dirty, disgusting built up of dirt and hair in corners of bathroom and whole room smelt horrible

Handicapped rooms are great. No stairs or steps, handholds in shower where most places you’re sure to slip! Generous with teas and coffee Window looks at parking lot, ground level, although by a M road convenience restaurants, very quiet

Stayed here for 1 overnight stay as we where visiting local areas of interest and this hotel was very conveniently located on the service station with good access to food in the service station.

Check in was wonderful, bath mat was dirty. Bathroom was clean aswell as the bedroom.

Good cheap stay, beds comfortable and clean, but shower had dust and hair around the edges and the toilet wasn't flushed when we had arrived.
