Stayed for one night visiting Cartagena. Hotel very good, location not the best for sightseeing but not far away from city center.

The hotel is fairly well located and is only a short walk (10 mins) to the marina. The hotel looks ok but is showing signed of age, door laminates peeling, sinks slow draining/blocked, some bedsheets had holes in....

Hotel a little dated air conditioning was very poor

Large modern hotel on the edge of Cartagena. Walking distance to the touristic centre and water front. Good breakfast. Big clean rooms. Easy parking on street or in secure compound.

This hotel says it’s three star but it’s definitely 4* great condition and very central.

We were there only one night just passing by on a trip from Valencia to Malaga. We were very tired when we arrived and didn't want to drive for dinner but restaurant was closed and didn't have room service at the moment. All that said, the price was fair.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was around a 25 minute walk from the tourist area/port, although along a main road.

All staff were excellent, especially Jesus and the breakfast staff. Thanks to everyone.

Excellent reception, after I rang to ask if I could leave my rucksack early let me chwck in at 12 as room was already prepared. Very comfortable room, great bath

All in all, a nice hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Great value for money we thought.

Nice comfy and modern. Seems a little remote but only a short walk from the old town. Had room only so can't comment on service. Only gripe was lack of non slip bath / shower mat: potential death trap as both of us had a Torville & Dean moment when showering. Recommended.
