The hotel was fine, but I'm not sure why it was 5 stars. And, the room smelled terrible. It was clean enough but there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and we had to keep the window open all night, which made it loud.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. The hotel is situated in a safe area with plenty of tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. Its prime location also offers easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend it!

The staff were great and english speaking. The onsite restaurant was great for dinner and drinks. The staff there were also great. Central to the old town and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was spacious enough with a walkin shower. We had breakfast there and it was typical euro style with cold and hot choices in the buffet. Pedro at tge front desk was superb. Helped us with luggage and with getting around Lisbon. Would definitely stay there again, perfect location.

It is very convenient location. It is beside the water, metro, alot of restaurants and the metro. Furthermore, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had great stay at this property. The location is wonderful, staff friendly, breakfast lovely. Only room was too small for two people but balcony with view of Rosso square was a plus. One suggestion for them is to have bottle of waters in the room every day as water is essential.

Can highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent very central with lots of amenities on your doorstep. Noisy at times if on front. We ate in the restaurant twice as the food was good and reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent. Staff were very kind and helpful and provided lots of information. Would certainly stay here again.

Pros: perfect location, close to everything: restaurants, shops, train station, attractions within walk distance; even though it is located in a busy area, it is quiet enough at night to sleep; good water pressure, nice thick and large towels; able to adjust room temperature efficiently; good breakfast and restaurant food, helpful staffs Cons: bed is a little hard, very small bathroom, hair dryer is too basic, location of the room table behind the curtain is a little annoying to access

The location of this hotel is fantastic--on Rossio Square with plenty of nearby restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of thus hotel, however, is the staff. Everyone we came in contact with--front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping--went out if their way to help us. I cannot praise the staff sufficiently. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
