Should be cheaper for its ageing condition

The outside areas and communal areas were filthy, I had to scrub the green moss off the walls and floors of the balcony. Would never return. Surprised this location is advertised on Wotif.com.

The hotel is in deed of some TLC and it seems, has been for some time. The pool was unavailable as the water had not yet been certified but the beach is within easy striking distance. The towels and bedding were spotlessly clean; the king size bed was exceptionally comfortable - we never tried the bunks. The sound and view of the ocean from the balcony was exactly what we were hoping for in Biarritz but the room remained quiet with the shutters and patio doors closed. We were surprised to find a kitchenette which was welcome. Ample parking for free was most welcome: garage parking is offered at additional cost. I would not hesitate in returning - the price reflects the experience and the staff were kind and considerate.

We booked for 3 days and the positive points are the location and private off road parking, there is an outdoor swimming pool and indoor gym and hot tub, I would think that when this was new it was very good, it is now dated and gives an impression that it needs money spent to bring it up to date, the apartment furniture is dated and utensils could do with deep clean. If you are on a budget, then OK, if looking at 4* hotel standard you will be disappointed. It was OK and served as a base.

You can go there with low expectations, they will be met. The facility is falling apart. Make sure you bring everything for the bathroom use. Might want to bring your own towels and linens. Breakfast was proper in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Great view on the golf.

This is the most disgustingly dirty and smelly hotel with other guests allowing dogs to make mess all over the properties garden.

Esta bien la ubicacion para ir a la playa. La zona es linda. Para el centro algo alejado pero se puede caminar (25 minutos). El estado general es bueno. Un poco deteriorado. El estado d3l sillon adicional para huesped extra no estaba limpio, ni sabanas. La recepción es recien a las 17hs. Muy tarde

Great location, pool, views and easy walk into Biarritz

It’s a tired property that is in good need of an update/upgrade. Because its dates the era it was developed obviously didn’t care for sound proofing. We had 3 people booked but only 2 towels (for one night we just used one of our beach towels) The Seaview room we booked was was in need of repair so we got put in a golf view room for 6. Good for 4 people at best as there would be two on a sofa bed but no room to put bags or sit anywhere even tight around dining table and kitchenette. Was just ok for one night

I sent some emails they never got back to me and they sent the keys at 9pm , useless could not stay there , asked for refund did not get it - still today nobody answered any email - update one week after it happened nobody ever replied

This place is horrible. Everything is old and outdated. I asked for an extra pillow for my baby not to fall off the bed and they denied my request. Very inflexible. You have to pay extra for breakfast and to use the spa. The apartments are claustrophobic. The elevator is rusty and seems like it may not make it. Don’t recommend this place for families and it is definable not a 3 star.

This is not a 4 star, it’s not even a 3 star. Although it is across the road from the beach, the hotel is tired and dated both internally and externally with the exceptions of both pools which looked well maintained. The exterior fencing was rusty and the suite itself was like something out of the swinging 60’s. It was in need of updating, maintenance, had broken items and felt unclean. There were ants on the floor and the kitchen surface. The table and chairs belong in a museum and there were stains on the bed linen. The 1960’s lampshades were broken, the front door handle loose as if it has been tampered with and bedroom patio door did not appear to lock. We were booked in for 2 nights but we left after the first night because there was a major crime incident in our block and police forensics teams cordoned off the block. Just as well as we had decided to leave anyway. Ok if you are a workman working away but otherwise a one nighter if even that. We want our money back.

Lovely apartment in good location with stunning views over the golf course and over the bay.

I really wished I read other reviews before I booked this hotel, but it was late and I had been driving all day. This is possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. It is not 4 stars. We arrived at 7pm with a grunt from the receptionist who was sat in her coat ready to go. We got our keys and headed to our room. One escalator was broken, the other sounded like it was about to do the same. The room was dire. Plug sockets hanging off walls, brooms hanging in the toilet, the bed was concave, it was dingy etc etc We went downstairs to complain - but alas the receptionist had gone home and the shutters had been pulled down. We left the hotel without staying and booked a room elsewhere. This listing for this hotel is misinformation.

Looks like is under construction, started when you open the front door to get in to the lobby is damaged, the hallway to the rooms doesn't had a finish floor, but i think is the way it is. The photos you show in the app is nothing similar to this place. Very disappointed because i trust in this app for all my vacations times, but now i feel.insecure to trust evey i see in this app.

We had a seaview was fantastic

Building was outdated however brill if only using it to sleep. Pool was clean and good facilities. The receptionists were fab, helped us a lot with anything we needed :)

Good location, but could have done with a bit of a clean, massive cobweb in the corner , the door handle was lose and the key was a effort getting in even after they fixed it. The location is great as was the help from Didier but if your stuff like washing up liquid and pad would be good
